Historic Brooklyn neighborhood row house, close to everything! No need for a car, as its just 2 blocks from Max station, and feet from bus lines. Just steps to the Alladin theatre. Just a few short blocks to coffee houses, pubs, and restaurants. 94 walk score.

The space
This home has lots of Victorian charm. Huge windows, a pocket door, and 10 ft ceilings throughout. Sofa folds out into a bed. Washer / Dryer in basement, + plenty of room to store your bikes. The sofa pulls out to a bed. Covered deck in the back yard will keep you out of the rain.

Guest access
Prior to your arrival, we will ask you to give us a 4 digit code which will open the lock box located next to the mail box. The key will unlock the front door, as well as the basement / garage door.

The driveway is short. We suggest parking across the driveway if you have a large car.
