Being able to stay and experience Charlottes part of the world is a true privilege. Look forward to returning soon.
Charlotte was a very gracious host. The space was beautifully eclectic and very well appointed.
Given that the weather was inclement, she had the place stocked with plenty of firewood for me to use which was just lovely.
She kept in touch without intruding in the slightest and suggestions (and maps ~ thank you!) for walks took me to some beautiful places.
Thank you. You're space is just wonderful and just what I needed.
We had such a lovely time at charlottes bungalow! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Charlotte was very friendly and came down to greet us when we arrived. She had maps of the local area and recommended we go see the sunset on the beach. We did and it was, as promised, spectacular! We would defenately recommend charlottes bungalow if you are staying in Cape woolamai!!
I have nothing but good to say about Charlotte and her amazingly beautiful bungalow. Charlotte is a lovely and very welcoming host and let's you have your privacy while being her guest. The bungalow is beautiful in the inside and out, decorated with fantastic little eclectic bits and pieces with their own stories (I love Man Ray so I was especially happy about the big posters). A short walk away from beautiful beaches.
We hope it was the first of our many weekends there, thank you!
The studio is beautiful, perfectly quiet, full of art and light and warmth. Charlotte is a wonderful and kind host. This was my fourth visit and I will be back again.
Charlotte's bungalow is beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay here. A stunning beach (which we basically had to ourselves) is a short stroll away and a general store is close by too. The garden is gorgeous and the house is warm, well appointed and full of art and poetry. Charlotte was a generous and thoughtful host. We'll be back for sure!
I am an artist from Vienna,Austria and have become a semi-recluse
on this beautiful Cape on Phillip Island,Australia-.
I observe the wildlife from my "bird-tower-house" overlooking the Nature Reserve.
I do my artworks, read, listen to the wind , the sound of the ocean or music
and walk with my hilarious little white dog along the awesome Woolamai-Ocean beach or tranquil Safety beach.
Renting my Studio turned out [ to my surprise ] a joy rather than a chore--
My guests have private, secluded accommodation with no intrusions from anyone--
[ ti-tree-fence around their bush garden including 2 blue tongue lizards and an echidna in residence]
but some guests have been coming back for years now and have become friends
and we enjoy a glass of Prosecco together and a laugh before their departure.--
