The place couldn't be situated in a better location in San Fran-right in the Haight, and I walked everywhere. The room was tiny but fine for a place to crash for one person. If you're going to be out and about all day, it's a great value, but if you're going to count on being in sometimes it will probably be way too small. Facilities were clean. Only thing is the walls are very thin so I could hear guests as they came and went.
The room was small and cute, & very comfortable. Unexpectedly sunshine-y for such a small space! The neighborhood was great - so much to eat and do. Loved it!
I stayed in room No 5 which was very small, with a low set bed and would better suit someone younger. There is no common area except an entrance hall with a Microwave and fridge, though it is well situated in the Haight area. Josh was efficient with his correspondence, but was not able to be present during my stay. Very unlike most of my other Airbnb stays, but would suit someone who like more privacy.
As described - my room was small but affordable and the location was great!
Arriving and getting in was really easy due to the instructions via email. The room is very small, but if you like me only need a place to crash it's perfect. I might have wished for a couple of hooks and a shelf or something to be able to unpack a little, but the room felt clean and fresh. The bed was comfy enough and I slept well every night. The bathroom could also have used some hooks and a shelf (and to be honest, a new sink) but it worked fine for the basic needs. The neighbourhood also was great and it was a perfect spot to explore the city from. I only met Josh a couple of minutes just as I was leaving, but he seemed like a real nice guy. All in all I had a wonderful week and I could definitely stay here again if I end up in San Francisco again!
Für Alleinreisende ist das Zimmer perfekt, wenn man keinen Luxus braucht und nur ein Zimmer zum Übernachten benötigt. Auch die Lage des Zimmers innerhalb der Stadt ist super.
Really good value for the money. Nice room in a fun and interesting area. Also close access to buses, so easy to get around the city! Minor concern - the walls are really thin and there are people coming and going at all times (all 5 rooms in the house are rented to airbnb guests, and in my case some confused other guests knocked on my door at 2 am) so bring earplugs for a good nights sleep :)
