New in summer 2026!! Our villa is now equipped with a backup generator with an automatic transfer switch. In the event of a power outage, the generator kicks on automatically so your vacation stays comfortable and uninterrupted.
Peaceful and centrally located villa. Set on a ridge line with sweeping views of sunrises/sunsets, water views of Coral Bay and the BVIs, views of Upper/Lower Carolina. Only a 10 min drive to Maho Bay, 15 min to East End beaches or 25 min to Cruz Bay.
The space
This listing is ONLY for the downstairs floor of the villa. One king bedroom, one full bathroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and a wrap around porch. There are different listings for renting upstairs or the entire villa.
Guest access
The upstairs and downstairs floors are connected by outside stairs (no access between floors inside).
There are 4 steps to walk up to this lower level of the villa.
Washer and dryer access and use only available for rentals longer than 6 nights.
Other things to note
4-wheel drive vehicle not needed to access the villa when using directions we provide prior to check in.
For stays longer than a week, a mid-stay clean can be requested and scheduled for a fee.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils.
The whole house has a brand new water filtration and UV light system to purify water.
