Our small apartment consists of two rooms, a corridor and a private bathroom. It is ideal for group of 4 adults or a family with children. The location is perfect if you plan to spend few days in Dubrovnik but not limit yourself to the Old Town which is just a 10 min bus ride away. Namely, the proximity of the bus station and ferry terminal makes this apartment excellent for doing daytrips to the islands or to explore Dubrovnik region in deep.
The room is very spacious with comfortable double bed, two nightstands, wardrobe closet, and a desk with chair. The southeast orientation of a room provides a lot of sunlight, especially in the morning hours. Ideal for a couple.
This lovely room consists of two separate full size beds, nightstand, wardrobe closet, coffee table, and an comfy chair. Ideal for friends.
Rooms are located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building with only 4 flats.
NOTE: In case you book only one room we do not rent the other room during your stay so you have your private entrance and all facilities on your own. We do not share any of the facilities with you.
Fresh towels & linen are provided.
Mini Bar (small fridge)
Free connection WiFi
Glasses, Cups, Breakfast Bowls & Cutlery
Private Bathroom with shower.
We are located in a Gruž, a new part of Dubrovnik where the harbour is. This area has a seafront promenade that encircles the marina where you can have a walk and find few restaurants, nice cafe's, bakeries, supermarkets and stores.
Our small neighborhood consists of 3 floor apartment buildings and is very peaceful and quite.
Buses to Dubrovnik Old Town: Just a 200 m from the apartment you have a bus stop for Bus lines 1 and 8 which take you to the Old Town Dubrovnik in just 10 min.
Ferry Boat to Islands: Since you are located a short 5 min walk to ferry port don’t miss a day trip to one of the best beaches in town on Lopud or Koločep islands. The ferry goes four times a day during the week and two on Sunday.
HOW TO REACH OUR PLACE FROM THE AIRPORT
Is very easy, you should take the shuttle bus (costs approximately 5 euro) from the airport to Dubrovnik bus station. Your stop is the last. It takes approximately 30 min to reach the bus station. Once you are there just refuse all the “nice” ladies waiting in front of the bus and offering you accommodation. From there to our apartment you have not more than 10 min walk but I am always on your disposal to pick you up with a car.
Hi folks, greetings from Dubrovnik from Ivana and my boyfriend Tihan. We are young couple who work and live in Dubrovnik, one of the most interesting places in Mediterranean. Working in a small info center for tourists we both enjoy meeting fellow travelers and assisting them in heaving a great time in our city. With us you will never feel uninformed about things to see or do while your stay and we will definitely throw a pile of interesting facts about Dubrovnik. Maps are always provided in the apartment too.
Since we enjoy in spending the quite part of the year on travelling perhaps you will meet us in your town during the winter.
Who knows where the travelers can meet.
See you soon in Dubrovnik or ....
Please respect the fact that there are other people living in our apartment building. Do not be loud when going up an down the staircase.
I had a great stay at Ivana's apartment. Upon arrival, Ivana kindly showed me the nearest petrol station so I could refill the hire car, and then her partner took me to the bus station so I could arrange a ticket for my departure the following day, before giving me a lift to the accommodation. They also allowed me to stay beyond the stated check-out time, which was hugely helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location for both the port and the Old City. I wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommended!
Clean cosy room, close to the port and just what we needed. Ivana was very helpful and easy to contact and arranged our transfer from the airport for us. We were staying for one night here before heading off to an island for a week.
Good value for money, very convenient location (10 minute walk from the main bus station - where the airport transfer coaches terminate), and only a 15 minute bus journey to the Old City. Ivana and her partner were great hosts; allowed us to store our bikes in their tourist centre and gave us an introduction for getting around. The rooms were small but clean and decent enough. The windows are facing the hill so unfortunately you won't see the city from inside the apartment - but you won't be spending a lot of time in the apartment as there is so much to do in Dubrovnik! Would stay here again
Great place- perfect for early morning departure from the bus stop. Ended up bringing along two friends and was able to rent the other room last minute which I appreciated very much. Thanks for a great stay.
Very nice room with a little fridge and a very nice bathroom. Our hosts were very friendly, they helped us a lot - they even gave us their parking space for two days, which in Dubrovnik is worth a lot! The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood, half hour's walk from the Old Town, nice restaurants and cafés nearby (and slightly cheaper than in the Old Town). It's the perfect room for a short stay in Dubrovnik.
We were made very welcome by Ivana & Tihan and it was great of Tihan to collect us from the bus station and take our luggage up to the apartment.
The apartment was as advertised and for our purposes it was close to the bus station and port.
This was one of our favorite places we stayed in all of Croatia. Ivana's boyfriend picked us up right across the street from where our catamaran dropped us off and drove us to the apartment--such a treat! We wouldn't have minded carrying our luggage up the hill, but it was definitely an added plus. The apartment was private, clean, had a beautiful view of Lapad, and was very nearby the bus station to get into the old town. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik for all its beauty.
