About this listing
We offer you our home where you are very welcome. From here, you could discover the beautiful city of Arequipa, the "white city".
We love our city and enjoy to tell you all about its secrets.
Hoping that you will like it as much as you do.
It's a 4 bedrooms' appartement where we live us and one peruvian friend.
In the terasse, in front of the three volcanos that surround our city or in the balcony in front of the park, you would enjoy Arequipa's sun.
The bedroom has one simple bed and a big closet.
We also have extra mastress.
Hot shower in the shared bathroom.
Full kitchen that you can use as you want: microwave, oven, blender (for sweet fruit juices), coffee maker ...
In the living room we can share good moments together.
We offer you a continental breakfast: hot beverage + bread + jam/butter + home-made fresh juice.
If you need so, we do have a washing machine.
You can relax reading one of our books (in spanish or french) or watching Dvds.
You can also find good tourist's informations in my Peruvian guide (in french) and if you plane to go to in the Brasilian guide (in italian), and, over all, I am here to give you informations.
Interaction with Guests
We speak english, spanish, french, italian and some portuguese.
We love sharing with our guests, but, at the same time, we know about privacy and respect it.
We know quite well our city and region and it's always a pleasure to share the goods tips with everyone; like Santa Catalina Monastery and miradors in Arequipa, as well hot baths and beautiful lands of Canyon del Colca (4h from the city).
The appartment is located in the 1st floor of an house. Our uniques neighbors are at the ground floor. Then the 2nd floor is our private terasse.
The neighborhood is really quiet, houses are around the little park.
Cayma's district is one of Arequipa's bests, with Yanahuara wich is located really closed.
You can go walking by these places until the downtown.
The neighborhood is really accessfull: very close we have shops, a pool, movie theaters ...
Really closed, 2 minutes walking, you arrive at the avenue where there are all the "combis" (it means buses) to go to the city.
It costs 0.80 soles, so you can move really cheap and really easy.
Or you can take a taxi that costs 7 soles to go to the downtown.
We also have a bike that you can use if you need so (ask while booking).
