Howard said "A good place to stay that could easily be a great place. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen & laundry facilities make this space a mini suite. Great view is a plus also. Friendly, helpful owner & property manager. Fine quiet location walking distance to grocery & restaurants."
Laura said " Belinda's place is wonderful! The room is plenty big enough for one person, and spacious at that. The view is amazing. The kitchen and bathroom is clean, and she is a gracious host. I really enjoyed my trip to San Francisco, made all the better because I chose the perfect place to stay.
Charlene said "Belinda is a wonderful host. She was helpful without being intrusive and even gave me a ride to the airport on Thanksgiving day. The apartment is in a very quiet area and had all I required to make my stay comfortable. Public transport is only three houses away for the bus and three blocks away for the light train so the area is easily accessible."
Peter said"The place was everything I hoped for! You are just minutes away from Ocean Beach, the Zoo, the Golden Gate Park, Haight-Ashbury, Twin Peaks, Noe Valley, the Castro and Mission, UCSF (University of California, San Francisco), SFSU (San Francisco State University), CCSF (City College of San Francisco), and so much more. Secluded in the heart of the Sunset District (the largest district within the city of San Francisco and conveniently located to Highway 1 and Interstate 280), it was a great escape from city life in the city and the perfect retreat. A quiet place where I was able to study, read, write, or sit amiably and unconquerable in thought on a deck with its breathtaking view of the noble Pacific Ocean, a place where I have found solitude. It actually surpassed my expectations and was very hard to leave at the end. Not to mention what a marvelous hostess Belinda was- very sweet, welcoming, helpful, and had thought of every little thing you might need, it felt like visiting an old friend! It's amazing how well crafted the space was, very cozy, and you got everything you wish for. I will return and highly recommend it for a wonderful time in San Francisco."

Belinda's property manager, Robin, met me at the apartment. He was a delight, made me feel welcome and very helpful in orienting me to the unit and also to the city. There were a couple of small maintenance things during my stay and he was on it right away. The apartment has a great view and the balcony gives one a superb view of the Sunset district and the Pacific Ocean. It seems like you can hear the ocean from there.
The upstairs neighbor was very quiet and the whole area was quiet. It was an ideal location to public transportation. However, I used Uber a lot and had a driver within three to five minutes.
The photos tell the story of what it looks like. Things were moved around a little bit so did not look exactly the same.
Two days before my arrival I was informed that the current guests were extending their stay and I could either share the place with them or move to the master bedroom of another house (not pictured here). This was my first reservation via airbnb and I did not know that this could happen.
I chose the second option because it came with a private bathroom and it was too late for me to find other accommodations for the week. I was disappointed that the "Entire home/apt" that I had reserved did not turn out to be a reality in my case. I could hear guests elsewhere in the home and had to access my room by going up the back stairs and entering via a sliding glass door that could not be locked from the outside, meaning that my personal belongings were not fully secured when I was away.
I want to be clear that Belinda and Robin, the property manager, were very nice and professional. I have no complaints about their service and the single room that I ended up with was acceptable, but I do wish we had been able to keep the original reservation. If you are looking for a single room or are willing to share the home, I am sure that you will enjoy your stay.
Be rest assured all bedding's , towels including blankets and pillows are washed and sanitized each and every time before a new guest checks in, even though the room you stayed in is exclusively used by my family only, your bedding was cleaned as per any other bedding would have been. The wrinkles you pointed out we're due to not enough time to spread the bed sheets after having being removed from a hot dryer to cool down. We pride in providing clean and a hygienic environment for all our valued guest.
As you were made aware off during your check in time that the place is securely monitored 24/7 via number of security cameras which would alert the owner or the manager via text message immediately of any intrusion other then the guest.
Further more the only other individual who would have access to the backyard would be the owner or the manager.
Once again we truly appreciate for having us host your, and would welcome your revisit.
Your flex ability of relocating on the eleventh hour and trusting our alternative arrangement for your stay is much appreciated.
Thank you and have a wonderful day
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and 3 block away from Muni line L-Taraval (fairly frequent all the time).
The house is very clean and nice, with a great view over the ocean that makes some difference once awakening or at sunset. Furniture is acceptable and bath is almost renewed.
The facility Manager is very supportive and always on call.
One remark: the unit is advertised as "entire place" however it should be "private room" because there are 2 rooms (w/bath each) sharing entrance, kitchen and terrace.
Belinda was delightfully nice. She met me from a very late flight and gave me a tour of the apartment, and told me where the local transit was. The apartment was cozy and the view from the deck is fab! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
Stayed a week here. The area is very quiet and mostly residential with a view of the ocean. There's a shopping center and about 10 asian food restaurants within walking distance. The house is 3 blocks from the L which takes about 30 minutes to get to Market if you're taking the muni.
The apartment was fine. Clean, spacious, decently furnished. Kitchen area is shared and has all the essentials. My only complaint is the wireless signal to the room was very low.
Belinda was very accommodating with the check in and was there to greet me at the arranged time.

About the Host, Belinda
I am passionate about traveling, new experiences, meeting new people, and the daily comics section. Growing up watching the always hilarious Charlie Chaplin, I believe that humor has a way of bringing people of different backgrounds together. My most recent travel experience was a two week stay at the beautiful islands of Hawaii with my always goofy younger daughter. The trip included a number of firsts for me: ziplining; parasailing; swimming with dolphins; even a helicopter tour of active volcanoes.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to my apartment and introduce you to the beautiful, cultured city of San Francisco. Ask me about my favorite place to indulge a sweet tooth craving or for recommendations to great brunch places around the city!
I am committed to do my best to bring joy and a smile to all that I come in contact with.
