The pictures don't even do it justice! A beautiful home. I felt like I was in a magazine the entire time. It was amazing! Susanna was very kind and made us feel right at home. The backyard and pool were soothing and the bed was beyond comfortable! The house is located very close to lots of great restaurants, South Congress and on the bus line too. We really enjoyed our time staying at this oasis!
Susanna's home is a perfect base from which to explore Austin. The house is a gorgeous, serene retreat from all the nearby eating and playing, and Susanna was an ideal host - she left us with plenty of suggestions on what to do and where to eat, but we also felt like we had all the privacy we could want. I would be very happy to stay with Susanna on our next trip to Austin.
Staying at Susanna's home was a great experience. Her and Richard made us feel welcome and provided us with great hospitality while still allowing my fiancé and I to have the privacy we needed. I highly recommend staying here. You will have a pleasant experience.
Susanna was very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and simple. The home offers a peaceful and relaxing experience with a great location. It is walking distance to so many restaurants and an easy 10 min walk to South Congress. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and eating our way through Austin. Thank you so much again, Susanne. I would definitely stay here again.
About the Host, Susanna
Richard is a scientist, originally from Los Angeles. He likes kayaking in the morning on Lady Bird Lake which is within walking distance. Susanna is from Switzerland. She lives outside the box. Together we have travelled the world. Together we have two grown children. Together we collect art. Together we love to discover food, either by cooking it or finding good experiences in local restaurants.
