A quiet bedroom with Queen size bed in architect designed, multi generational family home (5 adults) in the Bouldin Creek area, Austin's hottest zip code. The en suite bathroom is welcoming for persons with disabilities. Sliding glass doors open to an elegant pool, a generous green space and a garden retreat with a bbq/sitting area. One block from great restaurants, and food truck fun. Walking distance to Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, Lady Bird Lake and trails galore. South by Southwest, Austin City Limits, Long Center for the Performing Arts, Zachary Theatre, all walkable.

Only green cleaning products are used in the home and there are no pets.

Relax near the fish pond in the front courtyard furnished with a chaise, a table and chairs
From your room you have direct access to the back yard where you may enjoy a dip in our salt water pool. If you wish to bbq, use our Weber grill and enjoy your dinner at the teak table next to my gardening beds and our water cache.

Brew your own cup of coffee with a Nespresso machine in your room. You will find basics such as water, milk, and a local brew in your mini fridge in the room as well as some fresh fruit and a welcome packet of Austin Nuts
