It 'decorated in italian Art Nouveau style. Internet is available in the courtyard and in common areas. In the apartment, because of the very thick walls, the signal is a little low.

At the center of the Estate is located the Villa with very ancient origins, already owner the family Cacciaconti at the end of 1200 was chosen as a place of retreat and prayer on the part of the Blessed Bonizzella Cacciaconti whose body, guarded by an urn on the altar of the church of Trequanda, is exposed to worship at the solemn celebrations dedicated to her in the month of May of each year. Later, the farm became the property of the Piccolomini family, and in 1500 of the family who possess today.
The buildings surrounding the house have been restored and are now part of the farm, made even more enjoyable by a beautiful pool overlooking the surrounding countryside, and a large dining room where you can taste the products of the farm and spend pleasant hours in front of the fireplace.

Other Things to Note
We are in the countryside, the car is absolutely necessary.
Check in is from 3 to 7. Different times by arrangement.
Check out by 11 am. Pets are welcome. You can not smoke in the apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfasts were great as was the complementary dinner on our final night. The only challenge was getting to the washer and dryer, as well as figuring out how to operate the dryer. Fortunately, we were able to do two loads which was very helpful.
We had a wonderful 2-week family stay at Tenuta Belsedere (two adults, two kids). As soon as we arrived, Signora Silvia was there to show us around. We were happy with the apartment, facilities and surroundings. The place is absolutely quiet. The swimming pool is perfectly located and well maintained. The breakfast spread to start off the day was substantial (cereals, toast, bread, regional cold cuts and cheeses, juice, hot drinks) and Stefania, who took care of the breakfast, was very friendly, helpful and made sure the dishes were always replenished. We were pleasantly surprised that Signora Silvia organized a dinner every Sunday for the guests (at no extra charge) so that everyone staying on that week could get acquainted with each other. The 3-course meal, cooked by her daughter and accompanied with wine, was delicious and a very nice bonus indeed.
We had a wonderful stay at the tenuta. Very authentic and very quit and relaxing. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We stayed there a week but could have stayed longer. We travelled to kids (8 and 5) and to adults and enjoyed every second. Best pool view in tuscany.
We will return on day !!!!
Silvia and her family are very pleasant and helpful. In addition to spacious rooms on the top floor of a very old converted farm building with many nice touches, they also provided us with a very nice evening meal one night that we very much enjoyed. She was able to accommodate a schedule change due to an error of ours. The location is great for visiting many interesting hill towns, Siena, and the surrounding area, and was a nice base for walks through Tuscany's Crete Senesi countryside. The location is a working farm, mainly grapes and olives, so the presence of many typical insects is not surprising.
Silvia is amazing and her place has such a magical charm to it. It's beautiful, peaceful and lovely. Please put the gps coordinates in when you are driving or you could get lost. The scenery is also something unbelievable. Good value for what you are getting.
Our stay at Silvia's farmhouse was great! The location was the perfect home base for exploring Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, and Siena. It is also just a few kilometers from Trequanda which has a couple of restaurants for lunch and dinner. A nice breakfast was served every morning on the property and we were even treated to a bottle of wine when we checked in.
We were a group of four that stayed in one of the upstairs apartments that had two bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen and bathroom for three nights. The farmhouse and surroundings are exactly as shown in the pictures: comfortable, great views, peaceful. The only exception is that the pool was empty since it was only May so if you are expecting to use it outside of the summer months then you should check if it will be available.
The apartment and rooms were clean and having a kitchen was very handy. The breakfast provided was great - a wonderful spread of bread, cheese, meat, cereal and cakes to start the day.
A couple of tips:
1. The location of the farmhouse is quite remote so as Silvia says you need a car to get here.
2. The osteria in Trequanda is closed on Mondays. We went to the ristorante instead which is a bit more expensive but the food was very good
