We love the fact that our cabin offers privacy and yet is convenient to local attractions. One of our favorite aspects is that there is enough space for adults to visit upstairs and on the deck, while the children are playing downstairs.
Families, pets, and children are welcome at the Oaks. However, pets must be house-broken and well-behaved. We ask that you treat our cabin as you would a friend's house, cleaning up spills or unnecessary mess that would stain or destroy property.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY on deck or patio areas.
The cabin was beautiful and very fun to get to. It was in a central location and very close to all the activities in the area. We got to most of the places in no time at all. The cabin had all the amenities we needed and then some more. The Wi-Fi and cable worked without any problems. We all had a really good time in our first time in the area. Communication and instructions to the cabin were right on point and very accurate.
Great house for a group trip. Perfect location. The house was clean, comfortable and warm! The hot tub made the experience so relaxing.. Especially after a long hike in the mountains. She recommended local restaurants and left clear and concise instructions on how to work the appliances in the house. I would highly recommend this cabin!
That is a good house. We encountered a snow storm and the power supply for the whole area shut down at night. Mike, who is the house owner, responded the phone call quickly and provided a lot of help. The hot tub is great. The cable works fine. There are also some game like billiard table been provided in the ground floor. If you are looking for a good place to rest and have fun with friends, this is a smart place. But if you are looking for some great view outside of the window, maybe you should try some place else.
The Oaks cabin was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very responsive before and during our stay. There were some issues with the internet, but the hosts contacted the cable company immediately and got the problem fixed.
The location was great - super close to attractions, but far enough up into the hills to feel like a getaway. The only downside is the slightly difficult to navigate and very steep roads to get to the place. If you are used to the mountains, you likely won't have a problem at all. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the oaks! It was a very nice 4 bedroom cabin. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring and the game room became a favorite hangout for the guys in our group. The porch was surrounded by the woodland and made for a great relaxing place to eat breakfast and sip coffee. Sara provided towels and starters for things like laundry detergent, which was helpful because it meant less packing. Not too far from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Like most cabins in the area, there was a winding, steep road to get there, but Sara's directions were helpful. The stairs in the cabin are kind of at an awkward place when you have young children, but there is a baby gate downstairs in the cabin which resolved any issue. We were happy with our stay and would recommend to others!
The cabin is lovely and we had a great time. We were able to bring our dog with us on this trip which was nice. Had a couple of questions for Sara and she was immediately available by phone to answer them for us.
