Completely remodeled 1-bed, 1-bath home w/yard - an easy walk to Oxbow Market, Wine Train, and downtown Napa. Features beautiful gourmet kitchen, comfortable king-sized bed, and separate soaking tub and shower. Perfect getaway for 1 or 2 people.
Our house sits on a large fenced-in lot with a beautifully landscaped yard, redwood deck, and ample parking. This is our home away from home, so it is furnished with everything you need for a short term retreat, including king-sized bed in the bedroom, comfy sectional sofa in the living room, soaking tub and separate shower in the bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with new Bosch appliances (gas stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher) and is fully stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, etc. if you'd like to do some cooking and eat-in during your stay. There is wireless internet and televisions in both the living room and bedroom with DIRECTV service.
Our home is located in a perfect location for you to explore Napa. In a quiet residential neighborhood right off the Silverado Trail, you are just a few minutes walk from the Oxbow Market, a ten-minute walk from downtown Napa and the Wine Train, and a fifteen-minute drive from all the fabulous restaurants in Yountville.
Keyless entry system so we won't need to meet to exchange keys.
We likely won't see you during your stay as we live in San Francisco, but we are available to help via email, text, and phone (and will drive up in case of an emergency).
The Alta Heights Neighborhood is bounded on the west by the eastern bank of the Napa River, on the south by Coombsville Road and Third Street, on the east by the City of Napa boundary, and on the north by Clark and East Avenues. It was originally settled primarily after the turn of the century. After the Great Quake of 1906 in San Francisco, many Italian families moved to an area in northern Alta Heights, which came to be known as Little Italy. When the Napa River flooded, this neighborhood's height off the valley floor has often been appreciated. It has interesting, varied architecture and many of the residences in Alta Heights enjoy sweeping views of the City of Napa and beyond.
You can walk to downtown and the Oxbow Market very easily, but we'd suggest bringing a bike or car if you want to explore the area further. There are lots of neat bike trails along the Napa River and Lake Berryessa, as well as some beautiful rides to many of the local vineyards. There is plenty of space to park on the property, which is gated.

Marissas home could not have been more perfect for our napa vacation! Iay have spent just as much time on the deck and in the sinfully dreamy bathtub as I did in napa town, eating delicious food and tasting wine! The King bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I actually meant to check the mattress so that I could buy the same one for my home but I forgot! From the lavender bath salts and organic soaps and shampoos to the cooking oils and utensils, this home has everything a "homebody" like me could ask for in a vacation rental. I soaked up every delicious second and can't wait to visit again. I will be recommending Marissas home to everyone I know who heads to napa.
What a place! Marissa's home is a beauty and I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. Spacious, modern, simple but luxurious - you can tell she cares about the experience of her guests. Whether going for a weekend getaway, an extended stay, or anything in between her home sets a higher standard for other airbnb properties.
Marissa was an incredible host - the house was super clean and supplied with everything we needed - down to wonderful bath gel. The location was close to restaurants and shopping but in a very quiet neighborhood - best of both worlds. We enjoyed visiting the Oxbow market. Getting to wineries via Silverado Trail was so easy. Highly recommend - can't wait to visit again!
Marissa's bungalow just a few blocks from downtown Napa was beautiful!!! Perfect for a week or weekend getaway in Napa Valley.
Marissa was a wonderfully thoughtful and helpful host. We felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel - beautiful linens, clean and well-designed spaces, gourmet kitchen, soaking tub… just perfect.
The location is comfortably walkable to downtown Napa and Oxbow Public Market.
We will definitely stay there again!
Fantastic basecamp for a weekend getaway to Napa. Great location, very comfortable and modern on the inside. Everything was exactly as advertised and couldn't have been an easier experience. Thanks!
This house was perfect! Tastefully outfitted and decorated. Marissa was very helpful and took care of our requests at a moments notice. We were hosting a dinner for friends and needed extra bowls and she sent them right away…. how considerate! Bathroom was like a spa in that there were lots of fluffy white towels, bath salts and a fantastic shower. The location was perfect too.
Great place! Very, VERY nice interior. As a nordic person, I felt right at home with the minimalistic and bright style. Highly recommend this place!
My husband and I enjoyed this home in Napa very much. It was comfortable and clean and easy walking distance to downtown Napa. The process was simply and Marissa had thought of every detail. Can't wait to go back!
This was a really beautiful house. The furnishings were modern and new. Everything had simple lines and the entire place was very clean. It had a nice, warm feel to it. The deck outside was a welcome addition. The house was centrally located. I've already recommended it to others and would definitely stay there again.
The house was perfect. Kitchen was beautiful with nice appliances and fully stocked with great cookware. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Great location close to town with some traffic noise during the day but surprisingly quiet at night. Marissa was a perfect host and very responsive and attentive to all our needs.
