A clean, well furnished master bedroom, bathroom and a second bedroom that is our closet (so we don't include it in the bedroom count).
Basement: new front loader washer and standard dryer.
Perfect neighborhood with flowers, beautiful green lawns. We include a parking permit so you don't need to park on the street.
This is our primary residence but we are gone usually three months of the year.
Near Sunset Transit Center that takes you to downtown Portland and all around. 5 minute walk to the train. You don't need a car if you don't want one.
Right near HWY 217 & HWY 26. Easy access. Drive west for 90 minutes to the beach or east 6 minutes to downtown PDX.
Our place was build in 1946 and it has a warm vintage feel with clean and modern features.
You are welcome to any of the liquor (if you're old enough). We just ask that you replenish what you drink.
Jason and Becky (email hidden) in Portland that they decorate and maintain beautifully.
