The space
This light and beautiful 2 - room apartment in the city centre of Prague can accommodate up to 4 people. Newly reconstructed modern flat in Art Nouveau building from early 20th century will make you feel cozy and like at home. The apartment is few meters from the river Vltava on the boarder of Mala Strana.

You will experience very exciting and popular area full of cafés, bars and restaurants. The most popular jazz bar in Prague called Jazz Dock is few meters from the apartment on the riverbank. The sightseeing, shopping centre and bars are at your fingertips, as well as parks and gardens (Kinsky Garden, Kampa, Petrin, Sacre Coeur, etc.).

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is suitable for families, couple who seeks romantic stay, and for business accommodations.

There are two rooms:
1. Fully equipped kitchen with the spacious living room has a pullout sofa (which can be converted into a comfortable double bed).
2. Cozy bedroom with a double bed with high quality mattress.

CLEANLINESS:
This is my priority number one. I have a professional cleaning service, which provides deep cleaning before each check-in, and makes sure the apartment is perfectly ready for next client.

Starting March 1, 2026, a local tourist tax of 50 CZK per person, per night is not included in the booking price. In accordance with Czech law, all guests are also required to complete a short online registration form prior to arrival.
The secure online check-in and payment link will be sent to you two days before the arrival date along with the check-in instructions.

We always provide one towel per guest per stay (stays 7 days long and shorter).

We provide SELF CHECK-IN.

For an unapproved late check-out will be charged 20 EUR.
