Welcome to our wonderful apartment! It's clean, bright, sizable, and cute! The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a fantastic kitchen, and beautiful pre-war details like pocket doors, big windows, and an ornamental fireplace. We're close to MANY subway trains and just minutes from Manhattan, making getting nearly anywhere around NYC easy and stress-free (including the A, C, G, F, N, Q, R, B, 2, 3, 4, 5). On a quiet, beautiful, quintessential Brooklyn block close to bars, beautiful restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, wonderful bodegas, shops, and plenty of activities to keep you occupied. Located in Boerum Hill, we're surrounded by other prominent Brooklyn areas such as Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, and Fort Greene.
We hope you'll enjoy our comfortable vintage modern style. There is one full-sized bed, along with a comfortable sofa that a guest could sleep on.
We have high speed wireless internet, a large television, cable, and an Apple TV with paid subscriptions to Netflix, and Hulu Plus.
Our kitchen features a full-sized fridge and gas stove, a microwave, and numerous appliances including a coffee maker, coffee grinder, and espresso machine. There is a fantastic grocery store a block away, perfect for nights in!
We do have two dogs who obviously won't be here during your stay, but if you're severely allergic to pets, this may not be the right apartment for you. That said, we're very clean and the dogs barely shed, anyway. The apartment is a 5th-floor walk-up and is not handicap accessible.
Please inquire about bringing pets. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building that takes quarters, or a wonderful laundromat one block away, where you can either do your laundry or have it done for $.89/lb.
We're a quick walk from several major subway lines, including the A, C, G, F, N, Q, R, B, 2, 3, 4, 5. There are also a number of good neighborhood car services available.

We were greeted by the incredibly kind Max, who showed us this perfect Brooklyn nest. We immediately felt at home. It was meticulously kept and well designed. All our expectations were exceeded. The apartment is perfectly situated in Boerum Hill, with fun shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again!
We loved staying in Max and Daniel's apartment. Max was great and met us to hand off the keys and show us around the place. The decor in the space is a dream come true for a mid-century modernist fan and their book collection is enviable to say the least. Although, I certainly didn't want to move any of them because they are positioned so perfectly. Not knowing Brooklyn at all, Daniel's guide is ever so helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in Daniel's apartment very much. The airiness of the place, the relative quiet and calm compared with the NY streets (!) was wonderful, and the apartment was in general very comfortable. It was a great experience.
Apartment was lovely, just the base we needed for a busy wedding weekend in Brooklyn. Space was clean, comfortable and very accessible to tons of great food (and transportation - even the LIRR to JFK, so nice). Hosts were flexible and responsive. Thanks for everything! Would definitely stay again if/when we're back in town.
ITS ALL GOOD! The location, amenities, loved the Apple TV, espresso machine. We thought we were at Canyon Ranch. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. We would defiantly stay there again. Gary and Linda
We had a fantastic stay at Daniel and Max's apartment. We came during a rainy weekend and having such a nice place to come back to made the trip. Their apartment is better looking than the photos and was exceedingly clean. Given the rain, we really appreciated how close it was to the subway, cool shops, restaurants, and the Brooklyn cultural district. Both of them went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
Had the pleasure of staying at Daniel & Max's apartment in March, and it was AWESOME! I highly, highly recommend this apartment. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and in an excellent neighbourhood. Cant wait to go back! Thanks Daniel & Max!!
My son and daughter-in-law and I shared this amazing apartment for a long weekend and absolutely loved it!! Because we were visiting my daughter and her boyfriend, we really only slept at the apartment, but we certainly appreciated the charming decor, the cleanliness, the convenient location and the ease of checking in and out. I even managed to grudgingly appreciate the 5 flights of stairs as it helped burn off the gazillion calories we managed to eat and drink during our stay.
Daniel and his partner were fantastic hosts and I highly recommend this apartment. Communication was easy, there was a lot of flexibility in the arrangements and we were made to feel very welcome in the apartment.
