Lovely little cottage. Wonderful hosts. Very close to the main square and Whole Foods. Amazing location. The cottage is small but perfect for one person or a couple. Very cozy bed and the shower is luxurious. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.
My boyfriend and I came to Sonoma for an overnight getaway and had a great experience with this airbnb. The cottage was walking distance to downtown and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. It was cozy and just what we needed for our trip. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel comfortable.
Our hosts made us feel welcome while allowing us our privacy. Fresh flowers, ground coffee and a block of nice cheese awaited us. We were encouraged to use the hot tub and outdoor shower, and were given great advice about local hikes. The cottage is small but charming, with all the necessary amenities. This is a great location, a 10 minute walk from the center of town. Lovely all around!
Excellent, comfortable place to stay and only a 15 minute walk from Sonoma square. Pictures don't quite capture how nice the location and cottage really are. Very private. This is the type of place that makes airbnb such a great concept. You really get to enjoy Sonoma as a small town with privacy and comfort. Highly recommended!
Our stay in Sonoma was fantastic! The cottage was clean, new construction, a small space but didn't feel at all cramped - very nicely laid out. The bathroom's stone shower was lovely and the kitchenette was perfect for brunch. We enjoyed crackers and cheese on the Adirondack chairs by the pool (tasty treats provided by the host!) and took a dip in the hot tub. The wifi unfortunately didn't reach out to the cottage, but the cable worked and was nice to have.
The cottage is within walking distance to Sonoma Square which is very nice if you are wine tasting or out to dinner - we appreciated being so close by. The weather was poor during our visit so we didn't take advantage of the bikes, but would have if there was no rain - having the bikes was a nice touch. Sandy was responsive and helpful - we would definitely return the next time we're in Sonoma!
Spent the weekend at Sandy's cottage for a quick getaway. Weather did not cooperate so I was unable to make use of the pool or hot tub. The cottage is small so it would be cramped even with two people though it would work fine if all you needed was a place to sleep.
I and my wife stayed two nights at Sandy's cottage. Photos are quite accurate: the place is cozy and well-decorated. The bed is very comfortable.
A minor complain is about the Wi-Fi. It doesn't work inside the cottage, and since it was raining and T-Mobile wasn't also working, we were mainly offline - which wasn't bad at all in general, except when we wanted to plan which winery and restaurant we would visit next.
