PLEASE NOTE:
• We have steep stairs going to the second floor (refer to photos). We recommend you to consider this when booking our place especially for people with mobility limitations.
• Our 1300 square feet home is built the 1960s. While not new construction, it provides a comfortable stay with updated features and all the amenities for a home away from home.

Explore the stunning waterfront trails with a scenic bike ride, indulge your palate at the numerous fantastic restaurants, immerse yourself in the rich history of our town by visiting historic sites, and discover popular campsites for outdoor enthusiasts. With countless ways to enjoy Cornwall, your stay promises unforgettable experiences and endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.
• Bike ride along the 40 kms of scenic waterfront of the St. Lawrence River.
• Rent a transparent Kayak and enjoy amazing views underwater and of the Adirondack mountains forming a panoramic view of the river.
• Go fishing in the rich freshwater and catch some bass, carp or muskies!
• Dip your toes in the beautiful sandy Iroquois beach.

Guests have access to:
• Driveway parking - 2 spots
• All areas inside the house are exclusive for the guests to use
NOTE: Guests do not have access to the backyard as this belongs to the next door neighbors
Other things to note
IMPORTANT:
STEEP STAIRS:
It's important to note that our home features steep stairs. They may not be suitable for individuals with strict mobility limitations. We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so please consider this factor when booking.
ONE WASHROOM LOCATED UPSTAIRS:
Our house is spacious at 1500 sq ft! We're thrilled to offer fantastic value for large groups. However, it's important to note that we have just one bathroom, located on the second floor. While we've designed our space to accommodate your needs comfortably, please keep in mind that sharing one bathroom can be a consideration for larger groups.
NO ACCESS TO BACKYARD:
Please note that our Airbnb property comes with a wonderful indoor space for your enjoyment. However, we'd like to inform you that access to the backyard is not available as it belongs to our next-door neighbors. If you have any questions or need recommendations for nearby outdoor activities, feel free to ask.
PARKING:
We offer the convenience of dedicated parking right beside our neighbor's house, allowing space for two cars free of charge. In addition, you'll find more free parking options available across the street on the west side
PETS:
This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we don’t recommend you booking a unit that is free of pets.
HOUSE RULES:
➞ Air Bnb has a Zero Partying Policy. Any signs or evidence of partying; guests will be asked to leave
➞ Early Check-In or Late Check out May be arranged (30 minutes free. Exceeding is $20/hr up to 2hrs max).
➞ Pet Rules: 2 pets max. $60 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.
➞ Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
➞ Deposits may be required.
➞ Absolutely no smoking inside the house
Garbage
The City of Cornwall has recently updated its garbage disposal policy:
Garbage must go in clear bags
Recycling goes in blue bags
Compost goes in green bags
Please do not use black bags — they will not be picked up by the city.
