The space
Description of the space:
This is a beautiful ranch-style home in a quiet neighborhood with small hobby farms and orchards. We are very close to town, and only 2 blocks from Highway 9 (the road to Zion). There is a local grocery store 1 mile away, and many wonderful restaurants all within a few miles.
A few of many benefits to note:

-We have a whole-home carbon water filtration system, so our water tastes great! (every tap is filtered... even the showers). See photo.
-We have two 50-gallon water heaters, so we never run out of hot water.
-We have plenty of parking, so bring your trailers full of ATV's!
The private entrance to the suite is from the rear of the home on the upper level balcony (the far right red door that you can see in the photo).
You will enter directly into the main space, which is a large bedroom/living area with 10-foot ceilings and real hardwood birch floors. This space includes a heavenly pillow-top king bed with a down comforter and designer pillows. Another queen pillow-top bed pulls out from underneath the king. There is a sitting area with a leather couch, two designer upholstered chairs, and a large 55" TV. There is also a very nice dining table in this room that sits beneath the large square window (near the entrance) so that you can have breakfast with a gorgeous view of Pine Valley Mountain.
The bathroom is huge. It has granite counter-tops and cultured marble shower and tub. The large walk-in shower is big enough for two people. It also has a large jetted Jacuzzi tub, and two sinks on the very large L-shaped vanity. There is a closet in the bathroom that is large enough to fit/hang all of your clothing for your group.
Your private kitchen has access from the bedroom and also from the bathroom. It is a full kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. It is a brand new kitchen with butcher block counter tops with a lovely country styling. It is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook any type of meal.
There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen in case you need to wash some clothes before you repack your luggage.
The colors are inspired by the surrounding area, with orange and blue accents. There are also some beautiful original art pieces hanging throughout the unit, done by local professional artists.
As you are aware, this is a home and not a soundproof hotel. It is peaceful here and feels like home, which is surely one of the reasons you are interested in staying with us.
Concerning noise, we ask that you please be considerate toward our other guests in the lower level, and toward us (we live next to you in the main section of the home). If your plans include late nights of partying or loud music, then this might not be the place for you. If you plan to start your day very early, please be reasonably quiet until 8am. If you are planning a peaceful and relaxing stay, we are very happy to host you!
**Keep in mind that both beds (king and queen) are in the same room. So, if booking for 3-4 people, please know that everyone will be sleeping in the same room.
If you book after 2pm for a same-day check-in, please wait 2 hours after the time you booked before checking in, so we can ensure that everything is ready and prepared for you.
Guest access
Access is through the west door on the upper north balcony at the rear of the home (see photo in the listing). Use the stairs on the rear patio, then walk to the end of the patio past the large planter, your door is the last door. There is a keypad with an access code that will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.
Other things to note
You will have free use of the BBQ. However, please clean the BBQ after using it. If the BBQ isn't cleaned, there will be an additional $40 cleaning fee applied to your security deposit.
