Michael is a great host and his apartment is very well located in Munich. While it's a bit far from the U lines, the trams are easy, and the grocery store downstairs is extremely convenient. For out of town excursions, there is a Budget rent-a-car an easy 2km walk from the condo that we were able to get a last minute rental at for $45/day. This is absolutely a must for touring Ludwig's castles and going skiing (much faster and even cheaper to rent a car at that rate than the public transport). Aside from the location, Michael's apartment has great hot water, a modern bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. We ate in nearly every evening. He's also very easy to communicate with and provides great recommendations. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Michael is a great host and really attentive. He left lots of information and recommendations on things to do while visiting the city. The apartment was really neat and organized and is well located. We really felt at home. Thank you Michael!
He met us outside and showed us into a kinda-run down building. However the apartment itself was fine if simple. Everything worked well and he left some nice amenities that were useful (like umbrellas!). Our friend in Munich told us that the location was in a good neighborhood and with some stores nearby.
El departamento era exactamente como lo anunciado. Muy limpio.
Michael nos espero a la hora indicada y fue muy cordial y atento.
La ubicación es muy buena, con varios medios de transportes cercanos.
Nos gustaría volver pronto. Gracias Michael!!
Michael is very friendly and helpful. He gave us full instructions about food, trip plan advise etc. meantime, the apartment is very close to train station, also easy to take any bus. Anyway, it's a good selection for Munich and if we will come here again, it's definitely our choose again:)
Michael's place was great!
The area is great. Right by a grocery store, very quiet and is just a quick walk to the subway, which will get you to central station in 5 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this place.
Plus, Michael greeted us with a bottle of wine as a welcome to Munich present, which was a nice touch :)

I am a Canadian married to a wonderful German Woman and live in Munich since 12 years and am active in the Real Estate business. I love to Ski, play Golf and eat good food. Both Apartments are newly renovated (March 2013, March 2014) and is set up exclusively for the traveler. The are no personal items in it and I guarantee them to be spotlessly clean, quiet and relaxing for your stay.
