Since i'm out of town quite frequently i decided to rent out my room. It's a nice bedroom with a double bed and a quality matress. The bed is for two persons (and certainly your little child). You can of course use the spacious lounge/dining area which is equipped with a video projector, a great soundsystem (AirPlay, record player and Spotify premium, so you can stream virtually any music you like). High speed wi-fi is also available for you.
In case my flat mate is also not around you can have the whole appartement for yourself, if not, kitchen, lounge area and bathroom are shared.
The place is located right below famous Bergisel, it's a 2min walk to the tram station/Stift Wilten and about 15min walk to the very center of Innsbruck. We will happily provide you with information on what's going on in the area and what things you shouldn't miss while you are in town.
The apartment is located in the top floor of an office building inside a gated area, so there is plenty of (video monitored) parking space and it's safe to leave your car there.
You have access to the dining/living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, parking places in the gated area, can use the washmachine, dishwasher if you turn it on right after you load it, fridge, stove, oven..
We have nice neighbours ;-)
Innsbruck in general is very safe, particularly our building because it is located in a company building. No one would even guess that someone lives here. Parking lots are available.

No smoking, no shoes in the apartment and no pets please.
We are vegetarians, however its absolutely fine for us if you enjoy the food you like. However if you use the kitchen and the fridge please make sure you don't spread heavy meat smell all over the place and the fridge, like cooking heavy pork and storing things like seafood and "Speck" in the fridge. We have had some serious cases on that. :D
Oh yeah, and when partying, make sure you don't leave traces :)
Perfekt. Hilfsbereit, unkompliziert, relaxt, flexibel, saucool.
Lage ideal, weil abgelegen aber trotzdem super zentral!
Sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, super Internet und überall Airplay und HIFI-Anlage, Beamer vom feinsten.
Fazit: marvelous ;)
The apartment is very nice!!! Although Armin is not home, he still can be reachable via message. The apartment is in industrial region but close to ski jump where you can find great view of innsbruck. The modern decoration of apartment and kitchen, bathroom are all prefect.
We had a great time at Armin's apartment. Although Armin was not there, we were made welcome by his flatmate Heinrich. The instructions on how to get to the flat are very accurate and easy to follow. The flat is in an industrial area, but this is ok. It's beautifully decorated and feels like a trendy, New York apartment. We had a great time watching movies on the data projector and cooking our own meals in the spacious kitchen. Heinrich was only there for one of our three nights, so after he left we had the place to ourselves. It is only about 15 minute walk to the centre of town and we had a great time exploring and hiking through the mountains behind us.
We had a great time in Innsbruck, it's a good place to reach all the smaller mountain villages for some wonderful walks. Heinrich, Armins flat mate was so helpful and lovely, making our stay very welcome. The room and flat as a whole is very nice, just as it looks in the pictures (with a home cinema as well for when it rains!). It was quite tricky to find, on an industrial site, but once we got there everything was great.
Very nice appartment - easy access to the city centre, biergarten within 20 metres. The apartment is very close to the autobahn, but you can only hear the noise of the traffic when you go outside
I'm a 26 year old guy and i currently live in Innsbruck Austria and as most people here on AirBnB, i have a great passion for travelling. As i mainly work as a Software Developer, i enjoy the freedom to work from almost everywhere on the planet, which i plan to take more advantage of in the future...
