  • Excellent hosts! We asked for their room with very little anticipation and they responded very fast. Thank you for everything!

  • Absolutely recommendable. The room was comfortable and it had everything we needed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, as soon as they heard we were awake, they took us our breakfast to the room.

  • Very close to Termini Station. A woman received us very nicelly, thought she doesn't speak almost any english, we could understand us very good. The room was very clean, with the ensuite toilet. The wi fi runs perfectly.
The breakfast is in a bar on the street at the back, and it consists in a bun, coffee or tea and a juice.
The only thing I would change is the noise at night, but this is something unavoidable on that area of the city. It was summer and very hot, so we needed to open the window and all night long are passing cars throughout the street

  • Overall:

The perfect cheap, central, safe and clean place to stay in Rome!
Perfectly located near the train station and removed from the more sketchy parts everyone talks so much about avoiding.

I had an early morning flight out of Rome and got to the Airport Express Train platform in 6 minutes.

The old woman who checks you in was very polite and although it's true she doesn't speak much English it really doesn't matter.

    Good:
The room itself was the perfect size and even had a mini-fridge. The private bathroom is out of the room accessible from the balcony area which seemed odd but worked just fine.
The room had a cable tv and WiFi internet.

If I was going to be extremely picky:

    - I would comment about how the bed seems to be sloped just enough so that if you are lying 1 ft from the edge you feel like you are going to roll off.

    - There are a number of rooms on the same floor this one specifically is right next to the entrance so if you are a sensitive sleeper or aren't already exhausted from sightseeing you will hear the door opening each time as well as people walking down the stair well.

Conclusion: When it comes to cost and convenience of being a very short walk to the train station you really can't go wrong here.

  • The room is correct, with very new furnitures an wide. It was very clean and even every day we were retouched. The neighborhood is not the best in terms of neighborhood, but is safe and is very close to the train station, buses and a main subway station: Termini.
The host was ok, were accommodated without problems and was very friendly indicating how to park ok in Roma, which is very difficult.
In summary: recommendable to stay a few good days in Rome.
