About this listing
the apartment is located in a very peculiar context: a group of old railing buildings restored in the 90s.
it is at the end of three connecting courtyard, so even if it's in the very storic center is complitely quiet!
the apartment has a first room which is both kitchen and living room, there is a big dinner table, a writing desk and a sofa bed: very comfortable for 1 person, it can be used for 2 as a futon.
from this room you enter a short corridor that bring to the bathroom, with a shower stall and a bath tub, and to the master bedroom, with a double bed.
the apartment on the whole is not vary wide, but is certainly attractive and comfortable!
at the beginning of corso Garibaldi is in the immediate surroundings of Brera and at 15 minutes by foot to the Dome, also very near you have the metro stop Lanza (MM2, to go for example to the Rho Fair) and different stops of the public transportation that bring you to the very center or to the Navigli.
la casa non ha regole particolari: le uniche regole vigenti sono il rispetto reciproco e il buon senso!
I'm Melitta, I'm 40 years old and I usually live in the "luce, color e silenzio" apartment with Tommaso, my boyfried, and Peppino, our black cat.
After having taken a degree in History of Art I own now a peculiar llittle shop, very near to the apartment, a sort of stationary/toys/craft shop, but it's hard to define : )
Tommaso, who is from Naples, is instead a painter and work as installer for an art gallery.
Peppino has lots of activities.. but mainly purring and sleeping!
I like reading, listen to music, visit new places and chatting with friends.
