I am fairly flexible with dates. I would especially like to rent for the month on April. Really great neighborhood in the L.E.S. Please ask me anything you like about the place or the area. Thanks.
I have a small but comfortable one bedroom apartment in the lower east side/ east village. HDTV, cable tv in living room and bedroom, high speed internet, ac, good heat, functional kitchen. separate, quiet bedroom on a street with many restaurants, bars and shops. walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, West Village, Soho, Chelsea etc ... very convenient location at a great price. i am NYC native so i will be happy to help you get around and lead you to all the great restaurants and live music spots (i'm a pro musician) within walking distance and beyond.
although the neighborhood is lively, weeknights are quieter and once you close the bedroom door, you are in the darkness and quiet. this is really a great area to experience New York City from, away from the typical tourist traps but convenient to everything.
access to everything.
Interaction with Guests
as much as needed. always available to help.
Other Things to Note
if you know NYC, then you know this is a great area to stay in.
i only ask that a guest be quiet and respectful of my apartment and my neighbors. low key is the key. please, no unknown guests or strangers. cats ok but no dogs. smoking ok if not too excessive and please leave it as it was when you arrived. conserve energy and don't leave lights on ;-)
Leo's really helpful and a speedy communicator. His place is a good size and great for access to the Lower East Side/Bowery area.
Nice neighborhood, correct equipment, but if you are expecting a clean place forget it. I hope it's not always like we found this apartment...
I'm sorry if there were any issues but I feel like the apartment is represented well by my photos and I always explain to guests that my building is a typical, old Lower East Side residence. As you can see, I've never had any complaints and have only great reviews so I was a little surprised that there were any, especially since they picked up the keys and saw the apartment days before their coworker arrived.
What an amazing host. Great communication, the apartment exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.
Thanks for everything Leo!
This place was perfect for me! The location is excellent. You have everything you need in a short walking distance, including the trains. I felt completely safe in the neighborhood and in the building. Even on nye is was easy to get to sleep as the windows and doors block out almost all noise.
I would definitely recommend this place if you're by yourself or with your partner. It's homey and cosy and make you feel like you're a local.
Leo was a fantastic host and was very helpful with any questions I had before I arrived and during the extent of my stay. The location could not have been more ideal for me and I felt very safe staying there alone. This was my first airbnb experience and Leo ensured it won't be my last.
Leo was a fantastic host, and I had a great stay! The apartment is in the PERFECT location. This was my first time using Airbnb, and Leo's helpfulness made it a very enjoyable experience. The apartment is really well-kept, and Leo provides guests with a Welcome Guide with some of his favorite restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood. Overall, I had an awesome time and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a true NYC experience.
Leo is a great host. He is very easy to communicate with and he was available all the time. His place is great and is located in a safe neighborhood close to restaurants, bars, stores and subway stations. I had a great time. THANKS Leo!
