Urban Oasis Between Gardens and Art

Wake up to the sound of birds! Your temporary home is nestled between the Turia Garden and the Botanic Gardens. When you open your window, you breathe fresh air from the Botanic Garden.

A stone’s throw from IVAM and CCCC—Valencia’s top modern art centers—as well as archaeological and ethnological museums. Walk to the charming Carmen area with the landmark Towers of Quart and many bars and restaurants.

Beach lover? Bus 92 takes you to the beach and the port.

The space
Penthouse with 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace.

Your room is located on the backside of the building (overviewing the botanical garden).

My bedroom (the hosts' room) is on the other side, on the front, street side.

Both rooms are divided by a hallway providing optimal privacy (meaning we don't hear each other).

I have a Dalmatian dog, but the saloon door in the hallway is closed.⎯He is not allowed access to your room, the kitchen, the living room, or the bathroom.

Guest access
This is the host's main residence. Therefore the Airbnb guest is not allowed to bring or invite any unauthorised visitors/guests into our home at any time during your stay.

Feel free to use all the spaces, except the host's bedroom and the atelier.
