A little bit about Williamsburg:
In the last ten years, Williamsburg has evolved from a mostly industrial warehouse neighborhood into an enclave of vintage boutiques, foodie eats, electronic music venues and Michelin restaurants.
There is laundry located in the building!

Richard´s apartment was an excellent choice for us. Amazingly located right next to a subway station and walking distance to many services.
The spaciousness of the loft makes it a great place for groups and the view from the rooftop is great.
Richard responded everytime on time and was more than happy to clearify any doubt.
We would definitely consider his apartment for a future trip!
Richard is a great host, very friendly and attentive. Loft is huge, lovely, eclectic interior - the epitome of New York loft living!
Richard was a perfect host! Really helpful and quick to answer if you have question! The appartment was clean, conveniently located, and well equipped. We've had a great week-end !!
Richard is certainly an elite AirBnB host & this Williamsburg palace was perfect! The entire process with him was seamless and he was beyond hospitable. The fridge was was stocked, linen fresh and everything clean as could be. The loft itself is in a great location off the train & charming as could be inside. Expansive, open floor plan with plenty of decorative yet comfortable seating in the living space. As well as, comfy beds and accent lighting to create a soothing ambiance inside the rooms. We had an absolute blast and will hopefully be returning!
This loft is amazing! Eight of us stayed here over a three-day weekend and had plenty of space. The apartment is decorated very stylishly, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the ambiance. There is a large rooftop area as well which gives a beautiful view of New York at night. Though it was a bit too cold for it during our stay, it would be a great place to hang out during the warmer months.
Not only is the apartment fantastic, it is located in a great part of Brooklyn, near plenty of interesting bars and restaurants. It is also right next to the subway, which makes it very easy to get into Manhattan. If you're not into riding the subway, there were always taxis driving around the area.
We had an incredible time, thanks in no small part to Richard's hospitality. Richard made check-in easy, and was always available by phone and attentive to our needs. When we arrived, there was beer in the fridge and Richard welcomed us to help ourselves. I can not speak more highly of him as a host. Hours after we left, my girlfriend realized that she had left her computer in the apartment. Even though he was in California, Richard coordinated to have someone come to the apartment and send off the laptop to her asap. We couldn't have asked for a better host to top off such a great weekend.
Richard and his loft are both amazing! The loft has heaps of style and the building it's in is very interesting with access to the roof which was very cool to be able to go up and get a birds eye view of the area. The loft was very spacious, well appointed, had great heating and comfortably accommodated our party of four with room to spare. The location is awesome and very interesting, you really get a feel for what Brooklyn/Williamsburg is all about. Subway stop is pretty much right outside the door giving easy access to manhattan but it's also close to lots of cool shops, restaurants and bars for some authentic Brooklyn flavour :) Richard was a wonderful host, always contactable and so helpful with any questions we had. He also offered heaps of local knowledge and advice which made our stay so enjoyable. We all had the best time in Richards loft and can't recommend it highly enough! Would definitely stay here again :)
Richard is a perfect host- extremely helpful with providing us with all the information we asked for, as well as going out of his way to make sure that our large party of 12 people were comfortable during our stay. He brought over extra blow up mattresses as well as warm duvets for everyone, and made sure that each guest was provided with a clean towel. The apartment itself is pretty spectacular, didn't think anywhere in New York would be able to fit 12 people without feeling cramped at all. Very stylishly decorated to fit in with the cool hipster scene in Williamsburg too! Its a 5-10 minute walk from all the vintage shops/ cafes/ bars/ restaurants and also right next to the train station, so great location. The apartment also has a rooftop which looks over the whole of New York, which was brilliant for watching the New Years Eve fireworks. All in all we had a fantastic stay here over New Years and would highly recommend this apartment, and thank you Richard for being such a warm and welcoming host!!
Richard was great and met us right at the apt and was very accomodating. Beds were all made and clean and the bathroom was clean as well. A ton of room and a huge loft. Stayed here to see a show at the music hall and it was so easy to get around from the location. Richard also checked in with me via text after we had been there for a little bit making sure every thing was in order and if we needed any suggestions for places to eat or to go out for the night. Wish they had places like this up where i live, thanks again Richard!
