  • I can hardly begin to say enough positive things about Andrea and his apartment. In short, he was the perfect host and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for.

Andrea picked us up at the train station (much needed and appreciated after a long day), gave us delicious local pizza, shared his own personal wine, and showed us the neighbourhood. He was by the best host I had ever had the pleasure of meeting through airbnb. His apartment is attached to the rental, so we were vaguely concerned that it might be awkward but we hardly ever saw him, he was quiet, and made himself available as needed. Case in point, we lost our adapter in Florence and were unable to charge our iPhones - he loaned us his adapter for the last bit of our stay. He is also extremely responsive to emails, which is great because he has lots of helpful information!

The apartment itself it absolutely gorgeous. Everything is ultra modern and the beds were very comfortable. It is located in a non-touristy area, which is nice, and is a 2-minute walk from a bus stop that can take you all over town. Further, it is a 12 minute walk from a train station. In terms of walking from the 'downtown core' so to speak, it is a 20minute walk from the Vatican.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay! I certainly give him and his lovely apartment the highest recommendation possible. Thank you so much, Andrea!

  • A wonderful apartment and host.. My husband grant and I had the pleasure of staying at Andreas apartment in Rome for a week. Andrea on the first day greeted us with some beautiful italian food and was very informative about Rome and recommending places for us to visit and eat. Andreas apartment was very comfortable and cosy and great location to all the main attractions of Rome. We would definitely recommend Andreas apartment. Thank you so much for having us and making our stay memorable and so nice for us.

  • Loved the apartment very clean and tidy .. It's a little bit far from the central Rome .. We had to take taxi or bus to reach the centre which would take 15-20 minutes .. There is a bus stop close by but it's not pram friendly as there were steps and no ramp .. Andrea stays just opposite the apartment so he is always available when needed :) he speaks good English and provided with all the information we needed to travel in Rome .. Overall me and my family enjoyed staying in this flat :)

  • I highly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Rome. Andrea is an excellent host and truly goes way beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. He picked us up from the train station and welcomed us with Pizza and wine.
The location is perfect and it took us about 10-15 min. to reach central Rome. I was really amazed by how clean, modern and bright the apartment is and it had pretty much everything (wi-fi, Tv etc.). Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. It is better than a Hotel and Andrea is AMAZING!!!

  • Great visit to Rome and stay in Andrea's flat.

He is just a great host, Andrea help us before and during the stay, he helped us a lot in solve every question we had about transport and places to visit. He picked us up from the station, gave a nice italian pizza and took us to the Flat, The indications to get there from Ciampino Airport were very clear, and an easy route to take. All was so clean and perfect when we arrived, the flat is beatiful and the location is just perfect. Bus and train station very easy to get the centre of the city. I recommend 100% to stay in this place when go to Rome. Andrea a nice Italian Gentleman, that gives a little bit extra that made us feel that was the best choice! He also speaks spanish, who was great! Thanks to Andrea to be so kind and definitely we would be booked with you again in our next visit to Rome.
