There are not rules but just respect the home and who lives in the building.
I ask you to turn off lights and air conditioned when you are not at home visiting my beautifull city.
Nice place to stay for Rome visits. Apartment with basic comfort, especially for a single traveller or couples - also suitable for a family up to four, for some night. Free parking in the street(s). Train station within a ten minutes walk, with directions to Valle Aurelia or San Pietro (both for Vaticany City) or Termini (for the old city centre). Shops nearby for daily necessaries, some (take away) restaurants too. Andrea is a great host, who can recommend good places to eat.
Andrea was an amazing host, right from the communication prior to our arrival to check-in - he was extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of our arrival since a large part of Rome was observing a holiday for 15th Aug, he went out of his way to recommend some great restaurants and made dinner reservations for us. The apartment too was convenient and well equipped. Air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave. Location is a bit away from the city centre but easily accessible by bus which stops just a 5 min walk away. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our time in Rome and that also due to our great host. Everything we needed was there. He was very very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay which made it a lot easier to get around and use our time in a good way. We could ask him everything and he had such good advice for us in every matter. For food, places to visit, for public transport,... Thanks a lot!!!
