Katerina is a warm and helpful host, always responsive to guests' inquiries. The house is as stated in the listing, perfect for a single visitor or a couple. A nice spot for trying Chalkidikis' beaches.
We had a great holiday staying in the studios. They are just as described, very comfortable and situated nicely in the area, away from any mass tourism, which I found very pleasant.
Additionally to the beautiful location, our holiday was made even better through Katerina and Dimitris. They are amazing hosts! Not only were they available immediately, whenever help was needed but also very happy to drive us around and cook for us (Katerinas meal was great!), for very little money. They showed us the best taverns and locations, so we were able to avoid tourist traps and have very nice meals. During the World Cup we didn't really know where to watch the matches, so they just took us along to watch them together amongst the locals.
The best part about our holiday was our day trip around Kassandra with the two, it was so much fun! After our stay Katerina and Dimitris didn't really feel like hosts anymore, but more like friends. Big recommendation!
We had a great trip at Katerina's! Since we were the last hosts of the season she offered us to stay in the biggest appartment instead of the smaller one we had booked! This was very precious to us since we were with 2 teanagers.
Dimitris and Katerina indicated us some very nice places (taverne, beaches, villages, etc...). So precious as well!
Thank you for all again!!
This place is amazing and Katerina is a wonderful host! She drove us to Thessaloniki on our last day and was always happy to help. Her offer is great value for money and she throws in some extras: free use of washing machine, free washing powder and softener, mosquito repellents, free use of bicycles etc. The area is beautiful and quiet, and the house is very close to the beach with its gorgeous crystal clear aquamarine waters. Highly recommended! Tip to travellers: get some cash before coming because at the moment the village doesn't have an ATM.
KATERINA AND DIMITRI PEOPLE ARE REALLY nice and helpful.

Katerina and Dimitri are beautiful persons :it is more than a simple rental but a real share we had in the big garden : wine and fish barbecues on night time.
Katerina even gave me a drive and a bed in Thessalonique, just for the pleasure of hospitality ! This makes a big difference in traveling, when you have someone taking real care of you.
Plus, beaches are all around with all facilities, resorts and supermarket, parties on saturday night. Fourka is a real civilised area !
