If you plan to leave early , it is important to tell me the day before.
During your stay, you have to remake the bed as you, I provider and cleaning the floors of the room and the bathroom every day.
An eco-friendly behavior will be greatly appreciated :
- it is preferable to use the shoes outside the house if they make noise
- Do not drag your suitcases in the hallway if you plan to leave very early in the morning or arrive late at night ,
- is not allowed to take a shower in the middle of the night , so as not to disturb other guests that can sleep.
- try to speak in a low voice .
I live in a condominium and the people who live there may be times different from yours , the walls are very thin and at night every little noise is amplified .
Thank you for the respect you have!
Thank you for all maria:) i hope you will come in istanbul.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Ostern 2015: Maria Grazia holte uns vom Flughafen ab. Mille Grazie, Maria Grazia!!! Der Abschied von Rom viel schwer.
Our stay at Maria's place was amazing. She did everything to make us feel at home. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good! We had some great chats. Her appartment is not in the center of Rome but you can easily get there within 20 minutes. Maria picked us up from the airport even though we arrived late, she waited for us and was understanding and patient at all times. I highly recommend her place! You won't regret it!
There are no words generous enough to describe our experience with Maria Grazia. She was the most hospitable host, always went above and beyond, and made us feel not like guests, but like family. There was never a dull moment and our experience in Rome was filled with both excellent recommendations and personalized suggestions to make the trip one that we will remember for a lifetime. Maria even taught us how to make pasta by hand accompanied by a completely vegetarian Italian meal, to compliment our dietary restrictions. Basically, Maria Grazia is a goddess and to stay with her is nothing short of magical.
Maria was great host, accomodation was exactly as described. Maria picked up us on the airport very late, which was very helpfull.
We loved Maria! She was very responsive to us even though she did not arrive into town until the evening.
She left the key for us with her neighbor who was very sweet and answered immediately once we rang the right number (b10 not b12!). We needed to call her and she answered right away to help us.
She was so warm and welcoming and we loved her breakfasts! my husband even liked her cappucino, and he doesnt drink coffee!(big compliment to her!)
She speaks English pretty well, even if she doesnt understand everything you are saying. Her home is very clean and we love the bright colors. Shower was a little small but I think that's normal for Europe.
The bed was comfortable and wifi was good. She was very kind to allow us to stay in the apartment late to wait on our ride.
She feels more like a friend than a host because she truly cares about her guests!
The best thing was her PRIVATE TOUR of Rome! We got to go at night and it was AWESOME! She drove us around for 3hours, explaining everything, and even taking our pictures for us! We got to see a lot of things that we wouldn't have been able to see without a car or at least without a lot of time on the metro! I would recommend it HIGHLY especially if you have limited time in Rome.
She recommended a great restaurant Puchino Pio for Pizza and pasta which we went to several times. There is a waiter who speaks great English. The sweet shop on the corner is fantastic also and the staff is very friendly.
You can reach centrail rome in about 20-25mins easily. She has maps and explains everything to you when you arrive.
We loved her and her place. She is the best host we have had :) Thank you Maria!

I am a woman manager, Apulian origin, but Roman by adoption, arrived in Rome 15 years ago. I love this city and I would not change it for the world, perhaps the best I know of many Romans were born here.
Among the many things I do, are also sommeliers, are a great cook and also the fantastic produce oil of my country of origin, puglia, you could buy, if you wish, tasting it first of course
My curiosity led me here. I believe that the exchange of different cultures helps us to grow and improve even if another language then so be it.
I really like traveling, opens our minds and horizons.
