Introducing the perfectly charming full studio apartment/junior one bedroom decorated with mostly new items and designer touches; featuring a lovely garden in the heart of Potrero Hill.

Housecleaning and changed sheets/towels every two weeks (or more if needed) during your stay!

The space
The space is a full studio apartment/junior one bedroom, which has been decorated with mostly new items and designer touches. The living room features bamboo floors, a decorative fireplace, and beautiful light coming in from French doors that open out into a patio and garden. The bedroom area is carpeted, and the bathroom is updated and modern. There is a kitchen to cook in with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils. The entrance is very private on a quiet, tree lined street.
**Tall people please see the pictures of the bathroom. The shower has a sloped and relatively low ceiling and may be difficult for people 5 foot 10 inches (178cm) or taller.

You will have your own private access to the apartment, 24 hours a day.

Other things to note
--Free overnight street parking is usually very easy to find in the area.
--During the daytime, as in most San Francisco neighborhoods, there is free 2-hour parking from 8 am to 10 pm. That means you'd have to move your car by 10 am (there are also street cleaning restrictions on Monday and Wednesday mornings - ask for details if you'll have a car on those days). If you arrive late at night, parking may be a bit more difficult - but even then, you'll typically find a spot within a block, which is rare in San Francisco!
- With a short walk (2 blocks) you can find free parking without the 2 hour limit during the day. You can also buy temporary permits from the city.
- If you are are traveling with 1 or 2 young children, please let me know. It may be possible to make an adjustment to any extra fee for having more than 2 guests.
- Close to UCSF.
