The Space

Comfortable and beautiful furnished apartment for temporary rent in Argentina,
Located in the best part of the city centre, only two blocks from the House of Congress and six from the Obelisk. The area is very safe. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around the corner.
This pretty apartment is perfect for four or five people, since it has two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk wall bed and a double sofa bed, – a living-room, a kitchen with an electric cooker and all the necessary home appliances you may need. There are two full bathrooms with shower. The flat also has air conditioning cool/heat, central heating, cable TV, Internet wi fi connection, telephone with free local calls and safe deposit box. Weekly maid service included.
It's only two blocks from the subway line D, two blocks from subway line B. There are several bus lines going on Avenida Callao and Avenida Corrientes.

House Rules

Check in and check out times are flexible as long as we do not have other guests arriving or leaving on the same day. If that happens, check in will be at 12 or later and check out at 10 AM or earlier.
Check in or out during weekends/national holidays or between 8 pm and 9 am add USD 15.
Cooker: Turn the master key off when not using. .
Oven: To turn it on you have to hold the key for 30 seconds with oven door closed.
Trash: you should put the trash bags in the bin located at the corridor. Please, put glass bottles outside the bins.
