  • Paola and Flavio were very nice; the apartment was very comfortable and the location was good; although I wish I would've rented a car since my walking capacity was limited. Overall, I had a great time in this apartment and Rome. I would definitely recommend this hosts.

  • Location very handy for the airport, however if you have luggage it is a long haul up the hill, Paola kindly offered to pick me up. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The noise from the dogs next door was quite annoying, four in the morning they are fighting. Be mindful of the nights you book as restaurants and pizzeria's not always open as I found out. The kebab shop turned out to be a saviour, food was great as was the service. Lovely gardens and pool area.

  • We stayed at Paola´s for five days, and it was awsome. paola and her boyfriend are very helpful and kind hosts. the house, the garden and especially the area around the pool are wonderfull.
Even if the way from the train station to the paolas is sometimes quite adventerous because of the traffic and the driving style of the italians, the location of the house is nearly perfect. it just takes half an our from the door to the city center with all the spots to see. bus and train service hours are from early morning till midnight, so it´s no problem to reach the city at nearly any time. and if you just wanna hang out and relax, you can spend the whole day at the pool, lying in the sun, without even recognizing that you are still in the suburbs of one of the biggest cities of europe, because the neighborhood is rather quite.
So I completely can recommend paola and her house and garden to everyone who is looking forward to visit rome, which is in my eyes one of the most beautyfull cities I´ve ever been to.

  • Me and my boyfriend stayed at Paola's guest house in late August 2013. The guest house was very convenient and contained all the stuff you would need for a mini vacation, although the bed was a bit hard to lie on. The pool area was absolutely amazing and we loved to stay there for several hours during the day. Once you've learned the scheme for the trains, it is very easy to reach Rome. The only minus would be the walk to the train station, which is quite scary when it's dark since you have to walk on the road where the cars drive very fast. And if you are a light sleeper, we would recommend bringing earplugs, since the neighbourhood dogs are barking loudly during the night. All in all, we had a great vacation and it was a perfect mixture of a city and a relaxing pool vacation! Paola and her boyfriend Flavio were great hosts and helped us whenever we needed something. We highly recommend staying at their house!

  • We loved staying at the guesthouse behind Paola's villa. The villa grounds were amazing! We felt like we were in an italian film! The guesthouse was large and roomy and well equipped. We were there during august so it was very hot and another fan would have been nice, but the fan in the bedroom was enough to keep us cool while we slept. The pool was fantastic and Paola and Flavio were wonderful! Their prices for the extras, wine, rides, food, etc, are very good prices and worth the money. The store nearby is quite a walk and I do not recommend it at night. The road to the store can be very scary at night. The trains to and from Rome are a challenge if you are not familiar with them and it can take 45 minutes to over an hour to get from the apartment to the City Center between walking to the train station, waiting for the train, changing to the metro and then you are there. But it was so nice to wake up to a beautiful villa and sometimes I just wanted to stay there and not go into Rome!

  • We planned to stay 3 days, but ended up being there the whole week. Perfect place if you are looking for some peace close to the centre and the airport. Great pool. Very helpful hosts. We were there two kids 9/10 and two adults.

  • Clear, comfortable, beautiful flat.
    Kind, helping hosts.
Is near to the city centre.
The pool understands treasure in the big warmth.
I can recommend it to everybody only.

  • We had a great stay at Paola's guesthouse. The place is very clean and comfortable. The beautiful garden and the swimmingpool are very enjoyable. It is close to public connections both to the airport and the centre of Rome. Excellent! Paola and Flavio are perfect hosts. We felt at home. We also enjoyed eating there. The food was very nice and Paola's Tiramisu delicious! We would highly recommend a stay at Paola's guesthouse!

  • We had a great stay in Paola's guest house! The garden and pool area are just lovely. There's a supermarket and a great café for breakfast, pastries and gelato nearby. There's also a great, and quite cheap, restaurant just a few minutes walk from the house (take a right at the main road, and then another right up a hill where there's a sign for a restaurant). If you´re travelling with a lot of luggage it could be a good idea to arrange a lift with Paola or her boyfriend Flavio, or ask them to book a taxi before you arrive. The road to the house is quite steep. Paola and Flavio were great hosts, and we'd love to come back someday.

  • Paola è veramente gentile e simpatica, per nulla invadente, il soggiorno da lei è stato piacevole e all'altezza delle mie aspettative, consigliato!
