Explore central Brooklyn from a peaceful, sunny guest suite in a classic Crown Heights brownstone.

The brownstone is located on a tree-lined street right off Franklin Avenue with all its restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens are a short walk away. Easy access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, and C trains. Multiple bike share docking stations nearby.

The space
This is a hosted stay in a spacious guest suite in our duplex apartment.

The guest suite is on the parlor floor of a historic 19th century brownstone. Traditionally the grandest floor in a townhouse, the parlor level retains its original character with 12-foot ceilings, decorative fireplaces, ornate moldings, and original parquet floors.

The suite includes a living room with a 65-inch smart TV, a dining nook, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and water dispenser. Just beyond the living room is an office with a desk. The office leads to a spacious, sun-filled bedroom overlooking the garden, with an en suite full bathroom.

On the nearest corner there is an upscale supermarket with a coffee counter and a variety of prepared food options, a great wine and liquor store, and our friendly little corner store that's open late.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a hosted stay, and we live in the home. Although it's one apartment, guests typically use the front stoop entrance while we use the garden-level entrance, allowing everyone to come and go without disturbing each other. We're always nearby if you need anything.
