You are welcome to use the kitchen, if you prefer cooking at home there are several minimarkets right outside the building. The kitchen is fully furnished, so you will find all the things you need to prepare yourself a delicious meal and save your money eating out. I live in the flat and I will be happy to help you as I can with info history and tips to have fun. There are free wi-fi, stereo and tv. You will sleep on the two sofabeds, one is double bed and one is single, the space is a large livingroom as you can see in the picture. You could have pleasure to relax yourself drinking wine, bear or tea, having conversation with a genuine roman citizen or with a tourist guide, sharing info to visit the city or reading one of the several books are in the flat.
You can leave your luggage outside check-in and check-out hours.
For Check-in and check-out between 15:30p.m. to 21p.m. I need to organize myself, please let me know few days before your arriving!

I can give you a lot of good tips, I can provide a map and a travel guide, recommendations for restaurants, bars and cafes around the neightborhood, everything you need to explore the city! The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are all cozy and clean. Location is very close to the metro A station Ponte Lungo which is handy when you want to get into the most important places quick and it is vey close to several bus terminals, it's about 25 minutes walking into key spots in Rome too. There is an urban rail station called Tuscolana (10mins walk) that can take you to Fiumicino's or Ciampino's airports. The apartment is easy to reach from the main train station Termini or better from Tuscolana station and there is a bus stop right at the end of the street and different bus stops are on the block behind.
Neighbourhood is pretty quiet and there are numerous shops near the apartment where you can find anything you need, 3 fruits and vegetables shops open till 24, butchery shop and a pastry shop, a cheap market Todis and other 3 in the block behind Coop and Pam, a mall called HAPPIO 800mt away, the biggest green park called 'Parco Appia antica-Caffarella' where you can walk on stones 2.000 years old and have fun surrounded by nature.

To get to center take bus 87 (the nearest stop of flat is 300mt) or 628bus & 360bus, 649bus and get off directly at stop Colosseo, piazza Venezia, Piazza Cavour or walking for 25 minutes looking the wonderful district of San Giovanni on via Latina, you can easily reach Pantheon, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo. The most reliable and easiest way to reach Vatican or everywhere fastest is Metro A (red line) Ponte Lungo's Station. Metro operating hours are from 5:30 to 23:30minutes, on fridays and saturdays it's extended to 01:30h. After that, there are night buses (with sign N in front of the number) which are covering almost all parts of the city, to come back home after 23:30/01:30h take night bus N1 direction Anagnina and get off at Ponte Lungo.

I am an open mind, hospitable, sunny, social and curious person. I love sports and nature especially the sea. I work as statistician analyst in transportation and green economy, I teach swimming, aquafitness and swimtrekking, I'm sailing teacher's assistance, life guard and skipper too.
