Great host and nice house. You'll feel as home. Good breakfast and you can go everywhere with tuktuk.
Dijen et sa famille nous ont très bien accueillis dans une Tres belle maison.
La chambre était correcte. Le petit déjeuner au top!
A mi chemin entre le centre de Colombo et mount lavinia. Bon Endroit pour faire une halte à colombo.
My family booked two rooms at Dijen's place for the same stay and both rooms were lovely as was our stay(more details in the previous review).
Dijen and his family are the perfect hosts. Kind, helpful, and discrete. You feel really at home. Rooms was clean, fans, no mosquitos, wardrobes, comfortable bed and pillows. The house is big on 3 levels and feels clean and tidy. He gives you all the info you need for a nice stay in Colombo. I came as a single traveler and met new friends at his house. A nice breakfast/lunch/dinner area with tea, coffee, toast and what not. I can really recommend Dijen and his Airbnb residence.
It was a pleasure, indeed, to host you recently. Delighted to note that you had a pleasant stay with us. Do come again. Trust you are having a good vacation in the island!. Wishing you all the Best!. And do continue to 'explore the corners of the World!' as and when one's time and means permits one to do so before one says 'Adios' to one's sojourn on this earth!. Kind Regards, Dijen.
Second time I have stayed and every bit as easy and as welcoming as the first! A great breakfast and location - the best place to explore Colombo
We are very enthousiastic about our stay at Dijen's place! The house and the interior is designed with taste. The room was fine with high ceiling, the beds were good. The breakfast in the morning like at home! And we had some good talks about travelling and the like with the people living and staying there. We were allowed to stay an extra few hours waiting for our departuretime at the airport, so we could have a good look of the city in the daytime.
Dijen offered more than hospitality, he actively helped to arrange our transport to the airport.

We had a great experience with Dijen as host and the room we stayed in. Great communication, hospitality and a friendly personality made Dijen the perfect host and the apartment and room was clean, neat and with a high standard.
