My neighborhood has an artsy vibe (Spike Lee's office is right in front of our building), very laid back, a lots of families, dog friendly, and the most important is it's a SUPER SAFE neighborhood. I am a musician so I come home late quite often but I feel safe. I've lived in this neighborhood for 12years. I've never felt uncomfortable.
I don't offer any breakfast, because I would like guests to experience our local cafe for breakfast. I really think it's fun. There are many choices of cafes where serves excellent coffee and pastries. Please ask me for recommendations. But we provide some tea, coffee and fresh juices.
