Great for budget travelers . Nice twin size bed in shared room in an historic neighborhood close to downtown Atlanta and Marta bus stop is across the street. Train station is a 15 min walk. Super laid back accommodations free Wifi and cable Tv nice hot shower all linen and towels provided fully equiped kitchen and washer dryer for your use.
I enjoyed my time in this house. The location was good. Really easy to use the public transportation MARTA, you can see the house from the nearest bus stop. Tim made me feel welcome and felt like I had a home away from home :)
Tim was great and very flexible as my arrival time kept changing due to a business conference in town. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find.
Tim was a great host, and his place was perfect for my transit in Atlanta. He made me feel right at home, and his houses are cozy and clean.
I walked from the marta station to his place which was close enough, but at night girls might want to take a cab instead (the neighbourhood itself is fine, it's just that there's a dark bit of road inbetween the neighbourhood and the station).
Great little house turned into some hostel style dorms. Comfortable, secure, and with great guests.
great place. cozy, quiet and clean. an excellent host. best place ive stayed so far. definitely would recommend it to any travelers through atlanta.
Thanks for your hosting.your house is so cool and clean. The transportation is convenient.
Tim is an excellent and responsive host. Booking with him was a breeze.
Two points worth considering is that a) the room may be a bit crowded for one's comfort b) the neighborhood, while conveniently located between the airport and city center and near a major transport artery, is no necessarily one that you would like to go exploring.

I am a very relaxed and easygoing and open minded guy looking to host people and make new friends around the world. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since I was a kid it was a dream of mine to own my own bed and Breakfast. I lived in my home on Tift Ave for almost eleven years. I have hosted many friends and travelers from around the world in my historic home. Now that I found out about Air BNB, I am opening my home to you. I now have four properties close to downtown Atlanta two in historic Capital View neighborhood and two in Historic Adair Park neighborhood. they are both very close to downtown and walking distance from the marta train station and bus stops so Its very easy to get around the city without the need for a car. Several of the homes also can be booked entirely for larger groups.I also have many hostel spaces available great for travelers on a budget. I love to share travel stories drink good wine and eat good food. I like almost anything as far as food goes and red and white white alike as well as a good beer. I really don't have any major rules just be a polite guest as I will be a great host and even show you around if you need me to. I also love the outdoors and know some great places to hike in Atlanta. I also love to cook, drink wine or beers and eat good food and have a Nice large kitchen for you to make yourself at home in as well as each house has a great private backyard and fire pit and large front porches, The house I live at on Tift Ave has a hot tub that's great for skinny dipping and also has 3 cats and a small dog you will love. My other properties do not have any animals unless a guest happens to have one.
