Century Home completely removated. Everyone agrees, all the renovations came out great! Cool, comfy, plenty of street parking.
I bought this century home 10 years ago, and after tons of renovation, I truly love it here! Your bed is a full bed in the living room. It's pretty spaceous, and we won't bother you there.
It's got plenty of free parking, a back yard, front porch, and a very convenient location if you don't have a car.
It's 4 houses from the bus which runs on Detroit. It will take you downtown in 15 minutes. It's also a block and a half away from the Red Line, which runs downtown and directly to the airport.
The house is 3 streets east of the hustle and bustle on W 117th, where you can find anything you could possibly want - groceries, restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee, banks, state liquor store... etc.
I have 2 awesome cats, and one awesome roommate. They are all very laid back and super chill.
We'll get more pictures up soon, but until then bear with me!
WIFI, AC, power outlets, washer/dryer, coffee maker, two awesome kitties... and you get to pick the name of my first-born child.
Interaction with Guests
As needed - I know Cleveland well. I'm always available to help make the stay as fun and painless as possible.
Walking distance to bars (one w/ live music), 24/7 restaurant, coffee, the Interstate, and public transit. 5 minutes to Edgewater Beach, 10 minutes to downtown.
Yep! Public transit four houses away.
Treat it like you would your own home. Leave it like you got it :)
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Nick was a great host! He was extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra step to make sure that my stay was comfortable. He had plenty of knowledge about the area, too and was able to provide plenty of advice about where to go and how to get there. His cats were very cool as well. I would definitely stay here again.
House was quiet, got a good night's sleep. Didn't feel bothered sleeping in the living room...screen provided plenty of privacy. Didn't really see the neighborhood so can't comment on that. Nick was very nice/flexible when we got held up and came much later than expected. Easy to get in. A great deal.
We didn't have any direct interaction with Nick, but he was very easy to work with, the house was clean and as described
I loved my stay at Nick's home. Communication was great via email and phone. I was beyond impressed with response time with I hit a very snafu with the home's key on arrival. I only met with him briefly, which is too bad as he seems like a very friendly and awesome person, wish we had more time to chat. I definitely felt welcomed even though he wasn't home most of my visit. There was clean towels & sheets for me when I arrived, and also a snack in the kitchen. The home is beautiful, and had everything I needed including being clean and spacious. Met Nick's roommate, who was a life saver when I felt suddenly ill, he helped with some tea and stuff in kitchen to make me feel better. The home's pet cats are very well behaved and I hardly noticed them, seems like they spend quiet a bit outdoors The location was fantastic for my plans this weekend. I did not need public transportation, every I needed was walking distance. It did look like there is plenty of parking if that's what you need as well. I walked to the lakeside with no issues. I felt safe in the neighborhood and recommend Nick's place for sure, would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you for your hospitality!
Nick is a very nice and friendly guy! We had a long chat with him and he gave us good tips for Cleveland. His place needs some improvements and your good to stay there. Go and see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame if you get the chance.
It was a pleasant stay at Nick's place. It is very easy to arrive by metro, the house is very cosy, which is something perfect for a long-haul journey. The neighborhood is very nice as well with restaurants, bars and supermarket within walking distance. Nick has been a wonderful host, as well as his cool house mate.

I love to travel and keep busy with a thousand projects at once, which is why I'm never at my awesome home!
