The space

Hey there!

You get a full size bed in a whole house, and on any given night you always have something fun to do nearby.

You get plenty of free street parking, blazing-fast WIFI, a back yard, and front porch.

Just a few houses down from the bus which runs on Detroit and will take you downtown in 15 minutes. It's also a block and a half from the Red Line train, which runs downtown and directly to / from the airport!

You are a couple streets from the hustle and bustle on West 117th where you can find anything you could possibly want within walking distance - groceries, restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee, banks, state liquor store... etc.

If you book it, I need to know your arrival time please.

Thanks for checking it out, and feel free to reach out with any questions!

Guest access

WIFI, AC, power outlets, washer/dryer, coffee maker, shared bathroom, and you get to pick the name of my first-born child.

Interaction with guests

As needed - I know Cleveland well. I'm always available to help make the stay as fun and painless as possible.

The neighborhood

Lakewood was named "One of the Coolest Suburbs in the US" by Travel and Leisure® Magazine Aug 2010. Since then it's only gotten cooler!

From here you're 2 blocks from Lake Erie, 5 minutes from Edgewater Beach, 7 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Hopkins International Airport, and about a half hour from Cleveland's cultural attractions in University Circle on the east side.

This means you can enjoy the nightlife, activities, and everything that Cleveland has to offer and still come home to a quiet neighborhood.

Walking distance to bars (one w/ live music!), 24/7 restaurant, coffee, the Interstate, and public transit.

Getting around

Bus stop to downtown is four houses away. Rapid transit train is 2 blocks south which goes downtown and straight to the airport.

Other things to note

WIFI info and property adddress is listed here as soon as you book your room.

I loved staying at Nick's place. It's a great location and a really cute apartment - spacious kitchen, comfortable furniture, and a projector to watch some Netflix if you want! Nick was very flexible and made the whole process really simple. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

It was okay but hard for uber drivers to find you and it smelled like cat litter on one of the couches in the living room.
