Casa Mariagrazia is a great place to go through out of the norm.
You will be received by Giacomo, Pasquale or Marco, the guys who run the B&B. They will be pleased to help you to to explore all nearby places, with their beauty and secrets.

Staying at the Casa Mariagrazia, offers the opportunity to practice several water activities such as boat excursions or diving but also, possibility for hikers of an easy acces to the mountain trails and the famous Sentiero degli Dei. However, this location, allow you to easily reach town such us Pompei, Capri, Amalfi, Ravello and Sorrento. Nearby you will find several restaurants, grocery stores and local products shops.
Giacomo was kind enough to offer Casa Mariagrazia to us during the off season. His father Michele was a very kind and generous host. We had an amazing view and enjoyed a plentiful breakfast each morning. The room itself was spacious, and we appreciated the warm shower and extra blankets on the bed! It is just steps to the restaurant Il Ritrovo which we ate at twice during our three night stay. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Casa Mariagrazia!! We hope to return someday!
Giacomo and his family made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. We were a few hours earlier than I expected, but the room was ready and they were very gracious when we did arrive
The room is as shown with a great bathroom and strong shower.
However, the view from the balcony is the absolute best and is as shown. The entire area is breathtaking.
Each morning his lovely father, Pasquel, brought a hearty breakfast of fresh figs, yougurt, meats, cheese, bread, jelly, bruchetta, coffee and juice. Our room was very quite and clean as was the dining area.
One evening we went to the larger B& B for a fabulous 6-8 course meal, all prepared in their kitchen. Each course was delicious and served with the perfect wine. This provided and opportunity to meet and chat with the other guests from around the world and we felt as one big family.
Monterpertueso is a wonderful village. Staying here was the highlight of my three week European vacation. The hospitality provided by Giacomo and his family made our stay just about perfect. Only thing I would have liked is another week to stay at Casa Mariagrazia, hopfully next year.
Yours hosts will make you feel like family. If you want a quiet retreat from the business of Positiano, then look no further than Casa Mariagrazia. It is a slice of heaven.
The host was very flexible with check-in time. They provided us with a parking space which was very helpful in planning the rest of our trip. The room is spacious with a refrigerator and plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. The terrace has a table and two chairs and the view is extraordinary. You choose your breakfast time from between 8 and 11. The highlight of our stay was the vegetarian dinner, which is offered every other night. Almost all of the ingredients are grown in their garden. There were many courses, all of which were delicious, wine, gelato, and a shot of homemade lemoncello, all included at a reasonable price. What was also enjoyable about the dinner was meeting other people from all over the world. Great food and conversation made for a truly lovely and memorable evening. I understand that starting next year they will be offering cooking classes. The bus stop is nearby, but make sure you use the one down the stairs and to the right when you get to the road.
We spent 2 wonderful nights at Mariagrazia. the room is exactly as in the pictures. great view. good breakfast. excellent dinner at their place up the hill.the room is a 35-40 minutes stairs walk down to positano / 20 minutes bus ride. but it was worth it. thank you!
After a little difficulty finding the place (even though we followed Giacomo's detailed instructions to a tee) we eventually found the small town square and a restaurant owner knew the brothers and kindly called them to meet us. Pasquale gave us a very warm welcome to his family apartment and we appreciated the insight to his families' history and how they've come to now running 2 successful B&Bs in this lovely small community.
This is an authentic Positano experience. So if you are driving, expect a long ascent on windy & narrow roads up the hillside from the Positano centre. Watch out for the bus which comes up and down each hour. But once you reach this place... the views, are to die for and the tranquil life of the friendly locals will leave you relaxed and questioning why we live such hectic lives back home?!
We stayed at these newer apartments (rather than the main home) as it offers parking for our hire car and air conditioning. But we were lucky enough to attend the dinner hosted by the brothers' family at the main house one night. We enjoyed a lovely vegetarian feast and met a great bunch of people to share stories with all night. Definitely not to be missed. My husband and I are meat lovers but we enjoyed every dish!
A lovely breakfast was hand delivered each morning to our room and enjoyed on our balcony by the father. And the room was large, new and clean. With cleaners every day.
Would not hesitate to recommend this place at all! Book it now!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casa Mariagrazia. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern. The view from the balcony was exactly as shown in the listing. We even ate a morning meal on the terrace while overlooking Positano.
Giacomo is an intelligent young man with very good English. He gave us explicit directions to his place, no problems. Giacomo also made arrangements for us at the Il Ritrovo Ristorante, reserving the best table in the house. This dining experience is not to be missed, with both good views and food.
All in all, a very pleasant time.
Staying in Montepertuso was the highlight of our trip! Although the room was basic, it was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was modern. I highly recommend taking the transfer service offered to get to it, rather than spending 3-4 hours on multiple buses/trains. The apartment is a good 30 minute walk to/from Positano, but there's a local bus that runs once an hour. If you miss the last one, you can also take a taxi. The dinner offered at the main house is delicious. We never met Giacomo, but his brother Pasquale and their father were very hospitable. I also recommend getting dinner at Il Ritrovo, which is right nearby.

Hello everybody! I'm Pasquale.
I am graduated in Political Science and after many trips around the world I decided to return in Positano and running here, with my brothers and my family this "adventure" based on hospitality.
We always hope to offer you a new wonderful family experience in the heart of nature, good food and wine, and Slow Life!
