Enjoy a pretty one bedroom in Manhattan with a gorgeous view of Hudson River and Manhattan skyline as you kick back and relax. Our unit is clean, has everything you need, in a modern upscale building and located in Midtown West, close to Central Park, and Hudson River. It is well situated with many attractions to explore nearby.

The space
Spacious and clean one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed and queen size pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nespresso coffee machine and pods are available for guests. Washer and dryer in the unit. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided. Baby crib and bath are available but need to be requested. Fast speed internet.

If you broke anything please let us know so we can replace an item for the next guests.

Lost key fee $100

Keep in mind that it is not a hotel..If you need anything, please ask us and NOT a concierge. All of the requests has to come to us.

Storage of the luggage depends on our schedule with other guests. We will be happy to help as much as we can. The concierge CANNOT hold your suitcases for you. There are many storages around the city and they are not expensive.

Packages are NOT allowed. There is a UPS and Fedex store right across the street. Please ship there.


Late check out or early check in fee is $150.

No package deliveries are allowed unless it is food delivery. Thank you for understanding!
