Welcome to our thoughtfully renovated 2-story townhome, ideal for larger groups. It includes 2 Bathrooms and 5 bedrooms total, with Queen bedroom on the 1st level, spanning a total of 2600 square feet. Whether you're working professionals or a large group visiting for a family or local event, our space provides clean, comfortable and equipped accommodations. Just 5 minutes from the Convention Center, experience city living with complimentary amenities like light cleaning for longer stays.

The space
This private townhouse features a first and second floor, with one bedroom on the main floor and four additional bedrooms above. There are at least 2 queen beds and 3 full-sized beds available primarily in additional to a fold up twin. For smaller groups of 6 or fewer, unused rooms may be locked off unless you need it. Additional bedding is available upon request. The space comfortably sleeps up to 10, with exceptions made for larger groups with additional foldout twin beds upon request/availability and/or the use of the 3rd floor unit that has an additional queen bed and 2 full beds, a completely private 3rd floor unit that can be adjoined to create an 8-bedroom 3 bath retreat for a total of a 3 level entire building townhouse living. This booking on its own, however is a two level 5-bedroom, 2-bath townhome. Parking is shared with the 3rd floor unit when it is occupied, however your unit has priority parking privilege.

Guest access
Guests have access to the 1st and 2nd floors. The pantry and 2nd-floor hall closets are off-limits. The basement is off limits, except in emergencies under the direction of the host or maintenance, primarily for accessing the fuse box or as an emergency exit.

Other things to note
Please confirm the check-in time for same-day bookings. Parking is available in the rear of the townhouse or on the street, following overnight street parking signage. Note that during the snow season, overnight street parking may be restricted; refer to the local city of Hartford website for details.
This multifamily property has 3 floors, with the top third floor comprising a separate additional private residential space housing a 3-bedroom, 1-bath condo with separate entrance, which can be booked if available.

Neighborhood highlights

Our property is minutes from downtown Hartford and the Convention Center.
We are considered to be in the North End of Hartford, which is known as an urban diverse neighborhood. The neighborhood features urban bodegas, take out Caribbean, Spanish and Chinese cuisine. The area may not appear pristine and is referred to some as sketchy. Some buildings and lots in the area are vacant, and you will see beginning stages of gentrification in the neighborhood. There is a mix of small and larger apartment buildings, most having 3-6 apartment units. We have combined and separate bike lanes and gas stations. Residents of the neighborhood prefer to walk or catch local transportation while some do drive. We encourage guests to research our area as we feature some of the oldest architecture and history in Connecticut.
