Welcome to ♡ LANTLIV x Hidhem ♡ – a relaxed cottage for slow living in the countryside. Stay in a village in Sörmland near flea markets, farm cafés and beautiful nature. The cottage dates back to the 18th century, red with white knots, and is located next to my house with a lush garden. Private shower/toilet, free coffee and tea, patio with barbecue grill and full kitchen with dishwasher. Close to Trosa, Nyköping, Nynäs Castle and Stendörrens Nature Reserve. Note: low doorways.

The space
The cottage is charmingly old-fashioned but fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is a complete kitchen with a large dining table, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer and everything you need for cooking.
Private toilet and shower.

Most comfortable and spacious for four people, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 6. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed 150 cm. It is also possible to put an extra bed in the kitchen as well as a travel bed for children up to three years in any room.

The upper floor consists of an uninsulated and unheated attic with a larger dining table that seats 6–8 people, which can be used during the summer months (steep and dark staircase to access).
There is also a small bedroom with two single beds that can be used all year round.

The large garden is completely fenced and is ideal for dogs. Here you will find outdoor furniture, garden games (croquet) and a barbecue grill.

Also a quiet choice for longer stays or remote work, with easy access from the E4, private entrance, Wi-Fi, parking, and self check-in.

1 hour from Stockholm by car. You can also take the train from Stockholm to Vagnhärad, which takes 36 minutes. Then bus 710 towards Nyköping. Hop off at Esta bus stop which is 5 min walk from the croft. The buses do not run very often, so check the timetable first and let me know if you want more information.

20 minutes to Trosa city center and central Nyköping with a large selection of restaurants and shops. 24-hour grocery store 10 minutes away.
