A short ten minute walk through a park to stunning beaches and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on the glorious Gold Coast. A homely and totally private villa, with keyless entry, attached to the side of a house. Close to a village with an excellent supermarket, IGA, great restaurants, coffee shops and every amenity you could wish for as well as a reliable bus service. The beautiful hinterland is very close by.

The space
The space is extremely generous in size with everything you need for a relaxing break. The unique bathroom is one metre from the back door, under cover and in a private space (see the photos). The bedroom is an upstairs loft. Guest parking is in the street.

The villa is situated very close to Currumbin and Tugun beaches (surfing lessons are available) as well as the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and with easy access to all the Gold Coast has to offer. Currumbin Creek is within walking distance and stand-up boards and canoes are for hire. There are great cafes for breakfast and restaurants for dinner as well as the local surf clubs. The RSL and the surf clubs provide free courtesy buses. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Guests can walk to the Anzac Service at Elephant Rock on Currumbin Beach and to SWELL (international sculpture competition). Buses can take you to The Blues on Broadbeach and Coolie Rocks On plus lots more.
