Casa Amara is rented as a whole, giving you exclusive access to all common and private areas, including the pool, the rooftop terrace pool, the kitchen, the terraces, and the bedrooms.

Parking in front of the house is very convenient.
Guests have access to an exclusive parking spot located directly on the street, right in front of the property.

The only restricted areas are:
• The laundry room
• The machine room

These areas are reserved for the operation and maintenance of the house and are not accessible to guests.

Important Information – Casa Amara

• Daily cleaning included (1 rest day per week).
• Pool and garden staff may visit up to 3 times a week.
• Pools are not fenced — please supervise children at all times.
• The area may experience brief Internet or power outages (rare and usually resolved quickly).
• No parties or events allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM.
• No jumping into the pool from the upper balcony.
• Baby crib available on request before arrival.

•The property is located in an authentic and developing area with a village atmosphere close to nature.
Neighbors have a few chickens, roosters and a dog, so occasional animal sounds may be heard.

Chef & Catering Policy

For safety, quality control, and property protection reasons, only chefs and catering providers previously recommended or approved by us are authorized to work at the property.

Any chef, cook, caterer, or third-party food service provider entering the property without our prior written approval does so entirely at the guest’s responsibility.

Management and property owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, losses, food safety issues, service failures, or any other problems arising from the use of unauthorized providers. Any damage caused to the property by such providers will be the sole responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
