Step into The Frame! Nestled in a cabin community, this cozy Packwood retreat blends comfort with adventure. Explore nearby trails, spot local wildlife, or unwind after a day at White Pass in the private hot tub. The cabin offers a warm, rustic vibe with a fire pit for gathering under the stars, plus an EV charger for convenient travel. Just 5 minutes from town, 5 miles from the SR 123 entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park, and 20 minutes to White Pass skiing. Your mountain getaway awaits!

The space
Our charming cabin is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The ground level features a cozy queen bedroom and a ¾ bath with a relaxing rain shower, while the loft offers two XL twin beds, perfect for extra guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and equipped with all the necessary cookware, tools, and appliances, including an electric skillet, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Ideal for remote work, the cabin offers fast Wi-Fi and a workspace. Guests can enjoy Netflix and easily log into their favorite streaming apps for entertainment.

Enjoy our gas fireplace, grill, large deck with table, and cozy fire pit for alfresco dining and game nights. The Annex provides space to drop off wet gear, hang up skis and snowboards, and refresh your clothing, keeping everything dry and ready for your next adventure. For guests driving electric vehicles, we also offer an EV charger on-site for your convenience.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the cabin, The Annex with a laundry room, and our spacious yard. The driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles, or more with tandem parking. Enjoy the warmth of both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, with firewood conveniently provided onsite. Guests can also take advantage of the nearby pickleball court, basketball court, and park for added fun and recreation.

Please note: although there IS a seasonal community pool right across the street, it is restricted to residents only and vacation rental guests are unfortunately not permitted. Our HOA takes this very seriously, so please do not attempt to access the pool.

Other things to note
The cabin is accessed via key pad on the front door. Guests will receive a text the morning of check-in with an access code. This code will be valid from 3pm on their check in day until 10am on the day they check out. We make every effort to accommodate early check-in/late check out when possible but we are often booked back-to-back and kindly ask that our guests plan to arrive and depart on time.

We've worked hard to renovate and redecorate our space to be comfortable and cozy without sacrificing modern comforts like AC and Netflix! That said, deep down The Frame is still very much a rustic little cabin in the woods... but hey, that's part of her charm.

We are a kid friendly property but we caution parents of young children that the cabin does have steep, narrow stairs leading to the loft.
