Pets are allowed at the house. If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. To have a pet, it is an additional $120.00 fee, that must be paid before check in.

Smoking is not allowed along with any evidence of a party. If this is violated it will be accompanied with a minimum of a $500 fine.

House is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect to neighbors, music and outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

Check out time is 10am. We charge a late fee of $65 an hour for late check outs. If later than 2 hours, the rate goes to $130 an hour.
