This space is truly a hidden gem! We love the bright and stylish vibe of our tiny home and we hope that you'll find its design and aesthetic unique and relaxing as well!

You'll notice:
✔ An abundance of large windows which allows copious natural light and sunshine to fill the space
✔ Plenty of comfortable seating to lounge, read, relax in after a long day
✔ A 4K smart TV to enjoy all of your favorite movies and shows while lounging on our extremely comfortable sofa
✔Powerful yet efficient and quiet AC / heating mini-split ductless units to keep you fully comfortable during the summer and winter
✔ A private patio perfect for enjoying our 320+ annual days of sunshine here in the state
✔ a dedicated office workspace with a computer desk perfect for extended work sessions or video conference calls.
✔ a sizable armoire and a dresser to provide you with ample storage space
✔ a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, appliances [dishwasher, microwave, coffee brewing machine, electric tea kettle] and cookware
✔ a 3/4 bathroom with a spacious standing shower, a powerful & efficient exhaust fan, as well as plenty of storage space

UC-Health Memorial Central Hospital and the National Olympic Training Center are located just down the block from our tiny home. This is a perfect location for traveling medical, athletic, academic professionals wishing to live close to where they work!

As our guests, you'll have access to your own private gated driveway which can hold 2 average sized vehicles or 1 large vehicle.
During your stay, you will have private access to the side patio and private fenced yard.

Some of Colorado Spring's best parks and trail systems such as Acacia Park, Monument Valley Park, and the Shooks Run Trail are located very close to our tinyhome.

The neighborhood is well-connected in terms of public transportation (including bike + scooter rentals), making it easier for residents to commute to other parts of the metro area as needed.
