Nancy’s farmhouse is peaceful and full of charm. Our teenage boys thought it was so cool! A wonderful place to relax after a long day of hiking and site-seeing. It’s close to a lot of great places worth visiting. Nancy had tons of advice regarding where to go and what to see …

Response from Nancy:
Yes, there was a power outage. I'm so sorry. I wanted your stay to be wonderful. I tried to contact you a few times before this to see how you were doing but you did not respond. You contacted me also late at night to let me know, and when I responded, you did not and then you left very early in the morning so it made it almost impossible to talk with you. There is a "Heat Pump' that you could have used that had a separate power source so if we had communicated, you would have had warmth. I'm sorry you were cold; hopefully, not while you were sleeping because there were several large comforters available in addition to what you had on the bed. Also, I was away and had a friend looking out for you and could have sent someone to help you. In the morning, you did not respond either. Communication didn't work for us. Again, I'm so sorry.
