The space
EV charger and stocked coffee bar included for use during your stay! The home is clean, cozy, and easy to access. You'll find a large kitchen with cooking essentials included. The living area features lots of natural light, an electric fireplace and dedicated workspace. The open loft game room has a poker table with cards and chips, along with several additional games. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths - one bedroom downstairs has a king bed with dual-control heated mattress pad, while upstairs is a second bedroom that has a queen bed with dual-control heated mattress pad. The spacious deck offers quiet ambiance and beautiful mountain views.

The full main level of the house is included. Access via smart lock with your personal access code. Free use of EV charger during your Stay - charger is located on the left side of the driveway, attached to the house.

Other things to note
The basement level apartment is occupied by a long-term renter. This is a separate unit and there is no access between the main level and the basement. No pets allowed due to owner allergies. No smoking allowed.
