1️⃣ FULLY ASSISTED CHECK-IN
Taman Anggrek Residence has high security standards, so every guest must be registered before entering.
To make your arrival simple and hassle-free, our team will personally welcome you, prepare your access card, and guide you through the entire check-in process. We take care of the building's registration procedures, so you can simply arrive and enjoy your stay.
Arriving with luggage? No problem! Simply let us know in advance, and we'll arrange to meet you at the Basement Lobby, where loading and unloading is much easier. Vehicles are not permitted to wait long at the Ground Lobby.
⏰ Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🕚 Check-out: 11:00 AM
To ensure a smooth arrival, please plan to arrive during check-in hours. If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, kindly let us know in advance. Without prior arrangement, check-in may need to take place the following morning.

2️⃣ EARLY CHECK-IN & LUGGAGE STORAGE
This is a privately managed apartment—not a hotel.
Unlike hotels, we do not have a reception desk, luggage storage, or dedicated luggage staff.
Most apartments are occupied the night before your arrival, so we need time to professionally clean and prepare the unit.
If early check-in becomes available, we'll gladly let you know on your arrival day. However, early check-in and luggage storage cannot be guaranteed.

3️⃣ BUILDING FACILITIES
All facilities are managed by the Building Management.

4️⃣ PARKING
Parking is managed by the Building Management.
*Casual Parking* • Rp 4,000 per hour
* No daily maximum charge
(Example: 24-hour parking = Rp 96,000)

All parking fees are paid directly to the Building Management.
