Welcome to my home! I have a corner loft that is professionally cleaned after each guest stay with exposed brick, huge windows, high ceilings, and a cozy raised floor one bedroom unit in downtown Kansas City right next to the historic Phoenix Jazz Club. It is in a very peaceful, low traffic area and in walking distance to the Rivermarket, Power & Light district, Sprint Center, Cosentino’s grocery store, Crossroads Arts District and eclectic West side.
Loft has high-end finishes and comes with access to entertainment room, roof top deck, and gym. This price also comes with access to my parking garage that is conveniently connected to the building and provides for added safety.
My place is a perfect spot for anyone looking to immerse themselves in all things Kansas City. I will also be happy to listen to your interests and provide suggestions on things to do and places to see here in my beloved home town.
It is equipped with wifi, washer/dryer, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware, stove, and refrigerator. Clean linens and towels provided, and professional cleaning services between guest stays. You will also have access to Netflix, Pandora, and web access to a blue ray DVD player with internet connected to a big screen HDTV and excellent sound system for those looking to listen to music, play a DVD, or stream a movie.
I usually try and meet most of my guests but if I can't I certainly have contact at least once a day to check in and make sure everything is going well and if there is anything that I can provide or suggest.

Excellent stay once again! Brad is always an excellent host to communicate with and his place is a favorite of mine. Highly recommend!
Brad's place was great, and he was a welcoming host. The apartment was really big and clean with updated amenities. Brad was always just a call away (very responsive, which was awesome) and walked us through our arrival/departure, which made everything really easy. He left simple instructions for using the apartment, and made some awesome suggestions on food and drink. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Very welcoming, place was well decorated, bed was comfy, complimentary wine, very clean, everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Location was very good, walking distance to anything you would need and a 5-10 min driving distance to "things to do" in KC. Skylight and the rooftop view were bonus points for sure. Overall great experience, would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I had an excellent experience staying at Brad's Loft in the Garment District Downtown Kansas City! Brad provided everything that I needed to access the Loft and walked me through everything about the place as well as KC and the neighborhood. He consistently checked-in with me throughout my stay to offer assistance for any need. His Loft is top-notch and it is beautiful and well furnished and is located in a district that is beautiful. He had a bottle of wine waiting as I arrived which went very well with the local Neopolitan pizza place that he recommended.
Brad was an excellent host and the place was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Brad stayed in contact recommended a running route, dinner spots, and a place to grab a drink. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in KC>
This was my third stay at Brads place and it gets better every time. The view from the roof is amazing and I got to exercise in th gym. What more can you ask for!?
Brad was an excellent host. He has a beautiful loft centrally located in downtown Kansas City. My husband and I were able to walk to the Crossroads First Friday, Power and Light District, and the River Market area all from Brad's place. This was our first time using AirBnb, and Brad explained everything perfectly. Would definitely stay again.
My roots are from Kansas City where I was born and raised but with my life long passion of traveling I've been fortunate to have roots that seem to stretch all over the globe. I enjoy meeting new people, learning new things, and immersing myself in a variety of cultures.
