The 160-year-old furnace in the heart of Bergslagen was used for the production of iron ore until the mid 50'. In 2010, the building was given new life and transformed from a ruin into an exclusive private residence in industrial romantic style.
Enjoy the 16 meter ceiling height and a striking view of the river rushing by just outside the huge windows. On the site and in the surrounding forest, several ruins remain from the time when it was still a vibrant industry.

Hyttan outside Nora became nationally known through the TV program Summer with Ernst in 2010, but has since functioned as a private residence. Now you can finally rent the house for your own use.
